Did you see what I worked out earlier? Basically selling has cost him more on the remaining shares than it did on the ones he sold so he clearly knows these will recover. Again all imo

Don't forget interviews are often completed in advance so this is probably how all of this is completely above board so again I don't feel he has done anything wrong here. RNS's are also logged a few days in advance so I think when it all comes down to it all will work itself out.

The SP is down purely on the basis he sold imo, this coupled with so few shares in issue created the mountain from a molehill. Any day now the market will realise this is completely oversold and the inevitable bounce will begin.

Did I mention Superdrug, Boots and now TESCO :D Some nice 5k buys coming in at the bargain price of 120 now

If I was HC and did nothing wrong I would take serious offence to someone bad mouthing my name in what appears to be an attempt to buy back his or her shares cheaper. This pushing of contacting the FCA stinks of you selling out and wanting back in lower. I have contacted IDP and asked that either an RNS and/or an interview is conducted asap to justify his actions.

We are currently trading around the June 2018 trading statement update yet we are in a far superior position.

Think about this.

When HC sold his 1 million shares at an average of 1.506 this netted him around £1.5 million. However he still holds 4 million. The drop from 200 to 1.20 has cost him around £3.2 million on his remaining holding.

On this basis I do not feel he did it because he wanted to but either to allow more shares to be purchase by others or to free up some cash for a commitment he had no choice but to complete.

Either way the profits, products and retailers speak for themselves. I will continue to add :)

Forget the noise and look at the products and new stockists.

Matter of time before this flies, those selling will scramble to get back in. Often although its hard watching your profits drop, you're better off sitting tight as timing to get in and out often goes tits up (been there, done that).

Demark, you are funny. If he sold in May that is around when taxes can be requested. Doesnt make him a liar, he can still sell shares and fully believe in a company, this share moves on 1000 share buys/sells so imagine how hard it is to sell shares of a large size. Clever people are buying now.

We do not know the reason for the 1 mill sale hence the market dropping the SP, but when we do know or this is forgotten/an RNS is issued confirming we are in TESCO etc this will rebound. Times like this are the best time to add in an established company, our profits will still rise.

You seem to like coming on to spread doom, perhaps go and promote CPX at 12.5p again (currently at 11p)

Also dont forget, MM's will search out these stops and take advantage of them buying up cheap shares and selling back to those wanting back in. This means some may have sold shares and not even know about it yet. The fact we are now at £1.20 is a complete gift imo and I am again adding today. I am amazed I can add at these prices, I was happy to buy some at £1.88 so you can imagine how happy I am to buy them at £1.20.

We bounced from 76.90 to £253.80 in two months in 2016/2017 then from £1.27.30 to £397.80 in just 4 months.

This WILL be back to £2 in no time imo

Its times like this when you need to add, you will never predict the bottom but that's why you buy in tranches.

I have been adding and when this does finally reverse, good luck in getting shares. Seen it time and time again in these markets.

TESCO, BOOTS and SUPERDRUG are major retailers. They do not get in bed with just anyone.

We are in profit and now rolling out to Tesco' s plus additional Boots and Superdrug. St is a top seller as is Roots, you will always get positive and negative results as all humans are different. We hit £4 last year and we are in a much better position now than then, when this starts to move it will do very quickly. I am invested here, not looking to quickly sell so will reassess when we hit 2.50 again which I have full confidence we will. You've admitted you're a trader of IDP and you got the buy in wrong as did I, but I feel long term this is a sound investment so will keep adding where I can.

And that would benefit anyone how?

He still has 4 million shares and is doing very well with the business. Cut the man done slack and stop going on with this witch hunt. This will recover come next rns, just needs time is all

Like I said before, he has advisors for this sort of shiz, they are not stupid.

I am glad he sold, has given me the opportunity to build a large holding. Ready for the trip back to 250 plus as roots and st fly off the shelves from our three MAJOR retailers

Deep down we all know this is a cracking share, 14 mill shares in issue with 4 in sort of sticky hands :D

When this goes it really does go, if we are not back at and above £2 leading up to Xmas I will be surprised.

Looks like the short is reducing and now the RNS news is out of the way I think this could rise from today. Heres hoping....
