The downstream itself has three important components:
i. Marine Facilities: which we heard and know that TG signed a Commercial Agreement for EPC + Finance and CCECC (China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation) on 26 April 2019, to build a marine facility in Beaco with a monthly: $943 M; The contract also has the conditions required for the partner to complete, through the necessary approvals.
ii. pipeline: According to the statement and information from the previous leadership team, the TG was undergoing an intensive negotiation / discussion with the German company EUROPIPE, which made pipelines according to the specifications available for the GS field and the Allseas Company, which has the name of Herema, to install pipelines from the GS field to Beaco, so that they could also provide EPC + Finance (commercial agreement).
But other fields located in the Timor Sea will also be produced identified with the gas reserves such as the Chuditch gas field, the Kelp Deep gas field with the estimated overall emission of gas in the territory of TL. Similarly, other petroleum potential that has been disconsidered are the fields of Jahal, Hunting the Sea, squilla and Krill located at block 11-106, operated by companies Eni, INPEX and TIMOR GAP. It includes more than 65% of the empty, prospective and unconsulted areas, such as Kelp Deep 13 TCF, Chuditch 0.75 Tcf, etc, located in former JPDA.
