Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Looking forward to some photos cores with visible gold.. My bet is they clip one of the nuggets on the way down at Creswick and its there for all to see.. Might hit the gold room at Blue Moon too.. Terrific that they can keep drilling themselves and chase the gold.. ????
Anyone considered Reg is likely Doc?????? Look at Reg posting history and it correlates with shares mentioned in Docs tweats..
Reg, if you are Doc then enjoyed that podcast the other day and agree with you re POW comments..
Regards todays RNS, i see this as a long term proproject focus on Baillieston and Creswick.. This license under belt for another day imo.
The market seems to think its valid +10%
In addition, CB had always hinted at further licenses within Victoria.
I'm going to go for that its real...
TS, interesting re the scatter gun approach. I have investigated PJ's Power Resources but it looks like history repeating itself. They seem to obtain a new asset every month. No idea how they will fund it.
Was very pleased when ECR ditched Avoca, Moronbol (or whatever it called) and Argentina as it showed real confidence in the assets left but also means we are not going too be spread too thin with massive dilution.
POW just keeps adding and its easy to loose track.
"And through a little tease at the end that the new Cherry tree/Cherry tree South prospect area has a disseminated gold structure ....similar to the Fosterville mine...the little tease :-)"
Hence a drill rig that can go as far as 1300 metres just in case there is a Fosterville mine down there.
Also, a CEO of an AIM exploration company doesn't use this terminology too often in a written RNS.
"The Directors are very optimistic for the future"
Great update today, having our own rig means results will likely be consistently gathered over the next year from October. I imagine the drill will keep turning.
I like the idea of purchasing a Diamond drill rig. It will be better to have cores rather than the rock chips. Cores can provide greater degree of information (direction, depth,make-up etc) and also provide some shinny photos of visible gold for the website.
The price to buy hasn't actually changed much, all that's happened is the bid price lowered and spread increased to 10%.
Lets see how many shares they can collect.
News or not, this looks set to hit 2p Monday..
Looking very good.. 10p+ has got to be the mid term target, assuming the deals are in the millions and we start at a large drilling program straight away..
Time for a beer.. :-)
Yes, and the spread tightened to 0.05p...
LSE has stopped printing the trades or they are all going through as delayed and therefore likely chunky..
Is sometime today the day for some news?
PS 1.35 - 145p now live price.
Are we all sure the Baillieston news is likely to be out before Creswick.. Price action with no news to me suggesting something substantial on its way..??? Possibly Baillieston substantial in its own right..
Yes very true, and that was after I double checked over on the GGP board but still got the names wrong.
Newmont = Even better..
Great, because if I was to chose a preferred company out of the list it would be Newmont. Based on the fact that they already have interest in the area and have proven they can create massive value for a farm out company (GGP).
This video states that ECR are in discussions with the third largest gold producing company in the world.
A quick Google search has various lists for gold producers but the companies in third place tend to be either of the following.
Anglo Gold Ashanti
Goldcorp
Newmont.
Any of the above would do me fine. ;-)
1.05 - 1.1p live price ;-)
Yes agreed, when I say leaking out I mean investors possibly starting to take seriously what he has been telling us for months in his interviews.
I didn't actually mean anyone has gotten wind of any deal on table.
The 1m shares at .86p was delayed publication from 8:53 this morning so probably a BUY.. ;-)
Just looked at this a few minutes ago and a nice surprise to see some movement at last.. 0.9-0.95p live price!
Must be news of one of the deals leaking out.. I suspect Baeliston first then Creswick (larger) deal further down the line.
Who knows re timing and whether it will actually come to fruition. However at potential 10 to 20 to 1 I'm happy to hang around for a while and find out.
Sounds like an initial offer for Baileston Farm in has been rejected and down to two companies vying for farm in opportunity at Creswick. I would imagine Baeliston news first with modest $5-8mil farm in commitment followed by Creswick with $20-30mill commitment (just speculating)..
Another interesting takeaway and Craig has hinted at this before. He made comparisons to $50 and $100mil market cap companies working in same location and reckons ECR value should be near same.. IF that comes to fruition then its 10-20 bags from here..
I agree that they must still be finalising a deal under NDA agreements. I reckon if discussions had collapsed then a drill programme would have been announced or kicked off by now.
They have the funds for a drill, know where to drill next and its drill season in Aus. Therefore, the hold up must be for the JV. Once this is complete they can agree drill programme with partner.
