I agree Casper however its unusual for a fine disseminated gold find with fine grained gold scatterred throughout the host rock. Could happen as they go deeper and hit a real sweet spot but probably unlikely without close examination.

As we have discussed previously, the geologists on site will 100% know already if there is fine gold in the cores, strong magnifier and they will spot it.

The images provided in RNS are purposely low res and we can't spot anything .

Strong alteration and mineralisation from 520m providing an intercept of 680m... Cores will be cut and sent to lab for assaying.

The above is not beyond the realms of possibility..

Ed Mead, Wishbone Gold WA director, commented: "It is outstanding to see the emergence of this mineralised breccia pipe and see the INTENSITY of brecciation and the amount of quartz-carbonate veining and sulphides. This is a fantastic outcome as brecciation typifies a style of gold and copper mineralisation seen at both the nearby Telfer and Havieron deposits. Transportation of the core to Perth to be cut and assayed is a priority. We look forward to updating shareholders as we further test this exciting target."

Looking at drill core photos from Hole 1, is there a chance of a high grade gold intersect from 740-760m.. In my un-qualified speculative opinion, I reckon we could see >5 g/t AU...

I would expect some Gold throughout the 257m intersect but the shallower cores a bit more copper and a bit lower grade of gold.

Hole 2, doesn't look like as much potential for copper but plenty mineraliation.

Just my thoughts for discussion and of course I'm not a geologist.

A post to sum up my positivity whilst we await further news.

Hole 1 - 257m mineralsation encountered and assays pending. Hole stopped at 777m due to lack of suitable equipment with strong mineralisation still present at bottom of hole.

Hole 2 - Strong alteration and mineralisation from 520m-581m confirmed and still drilling likely 800m+ as I type. Geologist noted they would continue drilling if required. Therefore, the expectation is that mineralisation or breccia still being hit beyond 800m. Currently circa a 300m intercept and counting.

Drill holes are hitting targets exactly as predicted by the Geophysics MT that indicates a massive 'gold dome'

Shallow gold already encountered at Red Setter in 2022, with some samples from current hole 1 looking very similar to high grade 5.29 g/t AU core sample from shallower depths in 2022. Link below.

Greatland drilled some deep holes at Telfer (20Km away) lne December 2024 and some fantastic grades were hit beyond 250m as below

§ 16 of the 19 holes drilled in this program intercepted >50 gram-metres Au (gm), with the average down hole intercept from these 16 holes of 23.2m @ 2.95g/t Au and 1.07% Cu (4.23g/t AuEq1)

§ Exceptional results included:

‒ 14.3m @ 9.06 g/t Au and 8.57% Cu (19.34 g/t AuEq) from 290.4m

‒ 59.0m @ 2.83 g/t Au & 0.71% Cu (3.68 g/t AuEq) from 259.0m

Patience required, I think news will start to flow next week.. It seems like an eternity but great progress has been made, we are awaiting results form a 257m intercept and another hole is soon to be completed to potentially 1000m+ whilst already hitting strong alteration fro 520m and a chance of a 'Siginificant Geological event' at Red Setter.

£4mill + £1.5mill in the bank to drill 10x 500m RC holes over burden then IMO another 10x deep diamond holes to 1000m from 500, on double shifts.

All good in my opinion.

I'm not convinced the Telfer mine average grade is a low as some are suggesting. Noted overall grades circa. 0.6 g/t but AI tells a different story when you ask about underground grades (which would be at least from +500m that WSBN are hitting the gold dome).

The Telfer underground gold mine has a complex system of mineralized zones, resulting in different grades depending on the specific location. According to recent reports from Greatland Gold, the controlling company, the underground grade is significantly higher than the open-pit grade.

Different parts of the underground mine and drilling campaigns have shown the following grades:

Main Dome Underground: A March 2025 mineral resource statement reported a combined grade of 2.62 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold.

West Dome Underground:

In a February 2025 maiden drilling program, results from 16 of 19 holes showed an average intercept of 2.95 g/t gold and 1.07% copper. This was considered "exceptional" by the company.

One high-grade intercept from this program was 9.06 g/t gold and 8.57% copper.

December 2024 operating results: A monthly update showed that ore mined from underground had a grade of 2.44 g/t gold.

High-grade reefs: The highest concentration of gold and copper occurs in reef systems, where grades can vary from 5 g/t to 50 g/t gold

I must add, if you've just raised £4mill to maintain a lifestyle company, your not going to start doing nigh shift drilling .. This is the real deal IMO...

Possibly finish Hole 2 by mid next week then move to go deeper on Hole 1 or if RC managed to collar Hole 3 then straight onto this...

News and developments will be coming thick and fast now.

I think the SP going down on low(er) volume.

In my opinion this is because based on visual and geological information provided to date from Holes 1 and 2 which look very promising for a significant gold fine. Investors who are willing to invest based on this information and the assumption that assays will be favorable are already positioned. Hence why volume is down and share slipping a bit.. Some are sitting on 8/9 baggers and creating a steady but small stream of sellers.

When assay is released and it looks a large economical gold find (hopefully), then volume will be mega again and the SP will move to new highs. This as well as initial indication re length of intercepts at hole 2.. Once this information is know then the market will have a really good feel for what is at Red Setter especially as it can be tied in accuracy to the MT survey.

So we wait for assay and news re hole 2 to light this up again and bring volume back.

All in my own opinion.

Haveiron is expected to add 3g/t Au tonnage in 2028..

Just a thought, the main underground pit at Yelfer average grade is/was 2.62g/t AU which is what i would hope WSBN achieve within the gold dome.. Telfer shallow grades 0.62g/t AU which again i think will be achievable for open pit above the dome..

When they start drilling these RC holes to circa 400-500m for follow up diamond drill entry. I suspect they will also be sending the chips off for assay to get an idea of what lies in the shallows..

As suggested in previous post, if they also find a shallower zone then this will help massively as a starting point for any mine development.

Yep they may well have a very good idea of whats in the cores via XRF and close up inspection. However, they cant release any of this until the assays are back form lab.
