In July Shareholders backed the board 9-1. Today they held on to their jobs by a few %.

Whilst we didn’t win, shareholders have sent a strong message today. “Protect shareholder interests, cut costs, rebuild value fast, or you will be replaced with a capable team.”

Like or not - Instututions now want stability in the BOARDROOM.

Whether PI’s agree or disagree - hard to believe JB lost but as hunniford said expect the unexpected always.

Regarding Diredtor buys and closed periods.
The rules is a month “before reporting”
Q2 reporting in the past has been, 3rd week, e.g. Thurs Nov 19th...
- so closed period would start 4 week prior. Around Oct 15th
I.e Roughly around the Vreq complaints issue.
My head tells me any Director Buys “around or before Vreq is completed” is a major trigger point.

That’s what I would do.
This is 2 weeks away;)
