A lot of accronyms on this friggin share. Still getting my head round them.
Most of the buys and volumes are tiny, i dont think any of the major holders have sold any. We see 30,000 x15p etc which is peanuts in size/ volume. Plus last 30minutes of trading it was spinning before auction on just 1/2 million volume.

What was the historical prcie of this before the debt issue?

Doesn’t look like it will, the sp has to open super high based on a revaluation of assets in order to raise £150m to pay-off stakeholders and everybody is happy.

E.g. to raise even £117m at £1.50 a share = 78 million new shares
Could shock us or shoot us, hopefully shock!

• The Joint Provisional Liquidators, appointed by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, are currently drawing-up plans to preserve and protect the company's assets whilst identifying opportunities to restructure the business – to enable the company to quickly settle its outstanding debt to its Nordic Bond holders (£94.2m) and Convertible Bond holders (£49.5m). How much would they need to raise?

I would return to lse STOCK MARKET - Resume trading at 75p+
Release VERY positive RNS same time and let sp run high as 1.25p-1.50p+

Release second RNS 1-2 days after,
To issue new shares for holders at discount 95p to refinance to pay-off any debt-off.
Get big investors on board/ over subscribed subscription
All stakeholders / investors are happy.

The update from Shares magazine appears to have spoken with the CEO. Saying it was a positive outcome.
Must be some news very soon. Next few days..

What a week, all the rules thrown out of the book, now holding a suspended stock with mega £bn assets involved in a court case in Caymans. The news is positive it appears, hope it finally translates to mega sp opening as Rakul states. The new tighter spread this week is what changed my stance on G3e. Easier to trade.
Then there an imposter appeared using my name on advfn, was wondering if i was losing my head reading messages. Can’t make it up. I have a investment stalker on the board, deep, breath.
