Funding is sorted until 3rd quarter by which time DISH is expected to be in a sustainable position according to the RNS update this is due to the “sweat for equity” as outlined in the RNS - the equity is being recieved at low point and likely sold at a premium. There are several co’s they are ar expected to announce. Patience needed.

Regarding Largest shareholder - Aiden Bishop
RNS states:
He will remain in company to progress on various new opportunities for “new technology development platform”

Aidan Bishop will step down from the Board ‘when a replacement has been identified”. With his time freed up off the board, and as the largest shareholder, “he will continue to work with the Company to progress the various opportunities that are being presented”

Progress: Aiden will be all doing the business negotiations sealing the equity deals being presented.

A leaner model may, in all likelihood, extend that runway substantially “beyond the second quarter of 2021”, especially as by this time it is anticipated that Venture Builder “will be contributing to the bottom line”

Venture Builder model (VB) benefits:
- a leaner management team = immediate cost savings
- a low cost base

$5m conditional funding:

DISH / Company has been approached on various occasions with regards to “utilising the BigDish technology platform” for use “in other sectors”.

The current BigDish technology platform enables “bookings, dynamic pricing, search and discovery, payments, delivery and pick up as well as analytics”

The technology team is able “to modify the code to make the technology applicable to other sectors”.

BigDish Plc (LON: DISH), a food technology company is pleased to announce the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2020.

Unsurprisingly, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the UK hospitality sector. Whilst the number of restaurants have significantly increased on the BigDish platform the primary strategy for the year ahead is to ensure that the technology goals are achieved. The Company is pleased that it has recently secured sufficient funding to the end of the second quarter of 2021 and a conditional funding agreement for USD 5 million subject to primarily achieving certain technology goals.

With the India technology development team DISH funding now includes” 3rd quarter of 2021” = July-oct 2021.
