The joint broker, SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP, had issued an initiation research report on N4 Pharma. Very indepth I might add.
- This was timely and very well prepared for the potential subscribers 2 weeks ago by, albeit very successfully after the frenzy demand last Thurs and Fri. A simple decision was likely made seeing that frenzy. Still interested which authorisations scooped them.

Mon Dec14th - admission
25m new shares come to market.
That is still only 181m total issued shares.
Non-held in Treasury
N4P - £ 181m issued capital is very low and contonues to be super value for ALL investors
- The added liquidity will be healthy for buying as well as selling and may bring stability by on the stocks fluctuations by MM’s.

Placing and funding completed -
The placing was close to the sprice. - that is a big thumbs up for N4P, where other recent placing have failed and cost investors losses.

N4 Pharma PLC - UK-based pharmaceutical company developing Nuvec for cancer treatments and vaccines - Announces it has raised GBP2 million through a placing of 25 million shares of 0.4 pence each, at an issue price of 8 pence per placing share.The "significantly oversubscribed" placing was undertaken by SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP.

N4 Pharma said the net proceeds of the placing will be used for current stability work covering DNA and mRNA formulations, research on an additional asset to add to the company portfolio, business development driven by study results over next six months and ongoing working capital.

Current stock price: 8.80 pence

Year-to-date change: up sharply from 2.75p

The decisions to sell are always 50-50
Sometimes we are right, another time we are not.
The suspension was never to be expected the next day.
An Sp going up pr down or sideways maybe so.
This was out of the blue.

Maybe we should form a group for g3e - JPL’s?

1st crack at 15p was “not a pump and dump exercise”

We know now why it retraced - placing was planned at sub 10p
This is now completed.

2nd crack at 16p+ will happen and the sp will mocve forward from here.

Holders Patience will pay-off - just my own opinion.

N4P - Investor and MM’ brought the down past 2 days, naughty yes. 2 days lost but not left for weeks of uncertainty and lingering forever like on some crashed stocks of late. It’s was not an altogether bad move by Nigel.
The stock has fast legs and the placing is completed!

Elsewhere a quiet market.

Ok so placing is completed and oversubscribed - over and done with.
Explains the wierd reversal past 2 days now.
If the larger Investor buy at 8p they always seek a massive return on the 8p investment.
It’s not a favour.

Good news is: NOTHING IN THE WAY NOW...
Lets move forward.
