RE: New Restaurants5 Dec 2020 18:15
DM, Fl, Radika, Mannnx3, and the respected posters on the BB,
(If i left anyone out not intentional..)
Finally some traction as we enter DEC and New Year. Could see 2p broken
Long term Holders are in a better position than few days back.
Something is bubbling, past few days, not sure what news we maybe getting, but a myriad of BUYS filtered through.
No one is selling, understandable as the sp is 1.4p sub IPO levels and 900% below high of 9p?
The upward (vertical) breakout-trend just about to kick in and it will be noticable on the radars.
Bringing new investors who neverheld or heard of DISH at IPO in 2018, come on board to see how this all pans out.
1p - 9p is a long way, agree.
2-4- 6p is where we may settle.
There are a number of companies doing what DISH wish to achieve through “sweat for equity”.
Q) on my mind, which Investment Firm DISH have LOI with? Name of HNWI (High networth individual) behind the Investment organisation?
DISH RNS states - Targeted several business technology startups, so how much sweat equity Is each job and revenue generating support contract worth? It’s a very interesting proposition. 500k++ equity shares or %?
As a potentail major new investor the ROI on any investment (rate-of-return) is constantly on their minds whenever investing large amounts whether it’s venture build, real estate/property development, or any business. (unless it’s a charity project or Foundation).
Q) What is the typical ROI Investor seekson a $5m?
5-10-15x return and Over what “time” period?
1-5years?
The lowest ROI: 5x Rate of Return (ROI) on $5m investment into DISH is already a good return = $25m
If higher 10 x $5m = $50m
20x $5m that is a HOLD for LTermers
All my own opinion, nobody invests $5m unless there is “substantial gains to be made back” for their Investment Firm that the individual owns/runs.
5x 10x, 20x ROI over a period of time.
Guess we won’t know exactly but gives you an idea, nothing if for free.
Simply food for thought...
