Thanks for response in the midst of all this. Hope you are well.
I only bought in at 16p and sold at 20p. Was too volatile for my ticker.
I think an appeal date and a second court hearing could take months, due to backlog.
Just an opinion due to covid, but i may be wrong.
Can’t advice on this. I held last year. Most know why I sold.

FG is likely furious and swearing in Italian that covid pandemic slowed down progress in terms of faster closure of the past company issues. If it was allhis fault, courts would not be so favourable.
Fortunatley they will rule in his favour, as it was issue of the opposition.
CEO - He’s a fighter and deserves a very good payout/ outcome from this saga, as do all investors who have been robbed.

Update from 11th MARCH - A REMINDER FOR WEDNESDAY

The Board of Clear Leisure (AIM: CLP) wishes to advise that due to the Covid-19
delays at the Court of Venice, the Court hearing due to be held on 10 March
2021 has been rescheduled to 26 May 2021.

At the hearing, the previously appointed independent expert will inform the
Judge of the Court about the final assessment of the economic merit of the
claim against Sipiem's previous management and internal audit committee.

Despite a slight delay in the Court hearing, the Company remains confident of
the outcome of the litigation, given the strong foundations of the claim.

Francesco Gardin, Executive Chairman and CEO of Clear Leisure, commented, "
Given the advanced stage of the process, the remaining legal work will require
very limited involvement of the Company's management, allowing the main focus
of the Company to be its new cryptocurrencies investment strategy."

Any new partner would want shares at low end price e.g 1.35p -1.50p
This could be another explanation.

The court should be a success for QBT, other news will follow thereafter.
If you can’t bear it, sell and move on, this sector is not for you.

I bought into risky stock AMGO at 16p on FRIDAY, I know that is crazy.
Even in my books, But I had seen it drop 100% down, from 31p and sold at 21p and back into QBT at 1,4p.

In comparison this is much less risk.

Why don’t you sell and lower the amount you hold. In doing so you would have lowered your risk. Saving yourself so much anxiety. Investing in AIM’s may not be for you? Try BT or vodaphonee, due to lower volatility.
It seriously comes across as though you may have put all your hard earned saving into 1 stock, and over-leveraged yourself.
The court hearing was delayed by the Italian courts due to national lockdown / covid, this was already explained and a FACT.
No one else seems to ask the same question over and over again. Lockdown could even happen again. It is not a companies fault. When we invest, always expect the unexpected news. You plan for it.
Sell half your holding and then you be more relaxed? I am concerned for you.
Not normal to be this anxious, unless you have over-levergaed or something.
