Progress in legal disputes was behind sharp share price rises for Clear Leisure this week.

Investment company Clear Leisure, which has a penchant for investing in companies where court-led recoveries of misappropriated assets is a possibility, has seen its shares virtually double in February after a business update that read more like a court circular.
The company's €1.03million legal claim against the previous management of Sosushi, an Italian company it bought from the receivers, is now proceeding through an “arbitration process” following a green light from the Bologna Court.

Elsewhere in Italy, Clear Leisure has won the bidding to acquire the rights of a potential claim against former directors of Mediapolis, another dormant subsidiary of the company, and members of Mediapolis's internal audit committee. Clear Leisure paid €50,000 to acquire the rights to the claim and although Clear Leisure's legal team is still assessing the value of the claim, the receiver had originally estimated that the value of the claim might be above €20mln.

Could there be an out-of-court settlement?

Again agree, crypto is not going anywhere, Tesla still hold BTC, (while they figure things out) secondly buying a Tesla with bitcoin was part publicity and gained them a kind profit of £100m in doing so which was added to their earnings, else they would have been short of the expected earnings. Hedgeing, sorry i mean’t hindsight is a wonderful thing.
The greener way will also be more acceptable by the many critics of the mining process.

The court case and the covid pandemic “especially in Italy has not been too kind” but this episode will pass very soon.
QBT will fruition in 2021, maybe above everybody’s expectation in the end.
I think down the line once the court case is out of the way, say in 3-6 months time, FG may well step down and QBT may appoint a new CEO figure. I believe this will happen. FG will remain in a different role.

The overall market is rebounding back
Nothing new here, it was as some had expected.

Polka is up +16%. Main Crypto’s are all rising again, and in positive zones.
Arb making gains too. Not that I care one iota about arb.

QBT just 11% down.

Just added 352k, won’t stay at 1.7p forever

So many muppets on here, spouting crap.
Lets hope arb gets to 80p so we can all buy a couple.
QBT to 2.3P so our dear friend can go on vacation with his 2 passports and mine his “coin” in the carribean.
