Well betabuck I believe your intentions here are definitely not honourable which I find incredibly frustrating given you are not ever likely to hold here. I will give you one thing though and that is that you are the most successful basher here ar getting responses and I am guilty too. For that reason alone you have to go in the bin !!!!! We've been told no, so sadly I think we will not get help from the IPA , But it is very clear reading the reasons for the IPA being set up that the remit is to help company's like Sirius so yes we do qualify and do fit.
I do agree with Chilting that we should be talking to any newspaper that care to listen and for those that suggest we should cherry pick who we talk to just take the times recently ? I take the times and read both articles on the same day quoting from the same interview so I'm afraid there is no paper beyond writing garbage!!!
I too was worried that he could say what he said (whatever context) and was probably lead into it but hopefully he will be more guarded next time .
Do I think he's not the right man for the job because of it ? Yes I do and if you look at the skill set he has surrounded himself with ,I think will we come good !

Interesting Chesh that you mentioned casa earlier, hopefully now most see him for what he is. He is desperate to be proved correct here no matter what that costs the good people here !!!! Yet another time he jumped on the doom bandwagon????? There probable are a few that are new to this that would listen to that garbage? Supposing Sirius has not rebuked the mail article and some sold on casa ‘s irresponsible post ??? How the hell did that get 5 ticks ? Others here with an agenda too ? Thank goodness it was a weekend and no market open that’s all I can say. People please be careful what you listen to and what you read in the press

Schlemiel there isn’t a newspaper around that doesn’t twist words but that shouldn’t stop all at Sirius trying to garner support from every avenue possible. We need a lot of pennies from somewhere and some suggestions on this bb at times deserve to get called out and only recently CF himself made that point perfectly!!!!! As for some of the vitriol here at times ? I find it astonishing that they come from fellow shareholders???? I’ve said many times before so repeat “ I could not stay invested if I didn’t trust the bod “””
Just remember all “ hindsight would be a wonderful thing “
Yet again Sirius repeat how important shareholders are and that they are working in everybody’s interest

Good points well made Cherokee, All imo but if by some chance this did go private there is no way this will go for 3.5p , It would have to be passed by ALL the shareholders so I think this will climb on Monday as the traders will see big profits here ????? I've been through this before so dreading it happening again but still hopeful ,although I can't honestly understand what CF is thinking right now just hoping he meant it when he said they do everything with all stakeholder in mind ....

I knew Neil back in the mid nineties when he was at perpetual and he was a really nice bloke who followed his convictions and met him again about four years ago at his patient capital gym and he’s still a nice man. He is arrogant but so many at the top are , I hope our CF is too tbh as I don’t think it’s a bad quality? I also think the Woodford funds would have come good but sadly he’s run out of time. I really hope cf stays in charge is the Sirius story as I believe he’s the best man for the job so let’s not give too much control away getting stage two done. GLa
