Sounds like a very good idea Aubrey , or even get DMC to complete the shaft at a reduced cost with a healthier “bonus” at the end once we have more funding After all it would also show confidence from DMC in getting the job done. I seem to remember in the agm video the DMC guy oooozing confidence???

Thanks Surginater but 15% was the max it could be as far as JPM and the rcf was concerned so including Warrents it must have been over that but I don’t believe we were told the actual figure ??? Happy to be corrected?

I may have bored you all with this before but did we ever get told the overall % the bond purchasers were prepared to buy at ? Including safeguards ??? Would they only purchase with JPM and the rcf attached ???? For instance Burford capital went several times to the bond markets for capital to fund various litigations and I can’t remember banks in the background ? I do understand it is different given that Burford were “ earning” but the trade off there would be the coupon ????
Or Is it as simple as JPM found the purchasers so can’t do it without their rules ?
