The big thing for me is with Aim it will be cheaper to keep adding and I " think" also I would only choose 1 not both so it suit me to deal between 8 and 430 not 230 and 9 isn't it ?? But again shoot me down as I don't want to miss out if I'm wrong to think like that ..

Please don't see my stance as any other reason that I am convinced this will bag minimum 10 x from where we are today and hoping for 12 o 16 bagger before I depart lol .
why the hell would I be happy with 18 ???
If like many you believe we'll get back to 20 in a few years ??? that would only be a five Bagger from there??? does it sound so pie in the sky then???
And believe me no one ever over pays in a takeover ! why would they .
Add that to the fact that I haven't found anything remotely that excites me investment wise as Bur does and certainly nothing that shouts out " buy me I'm a multi bagger .

I’d like to stick with mine on aim but happy to be persuaded if someone can show me there’s an advantage to moving to NYSE ???? I maybe naively think the more that stick will make it harder for MM games and make the American investor buy from aim rather than make it easy for the MMs over there ,,, will there be a disparity between the two price use ? Aren’t there higher charges there ? We pay nothing stamp duty wise on aim ! Happy to be corrected or enticed over there if I’m missing something . Glad you brought it up it could be an important thread for us all ???
BTW any observations from the investor call ? I certainly enjoyed it !

Thanks BBH I guess I can see a bit of logic if they see it as averaging up to take a bit off when they borrowed circa mid 5s ??? If they can buy back at late fives ( if it keeps dropping) it might get them out of trouble ? Still difficult to understand a contrarian view given the NYSE float pending ???

Apologies I forgot to mention a couple of other things that I feel are now to play an important part to an escalating share price ??? I’m pretty certain the our American friends have much stickier finger than some long gone holders and very importantly I feel a high percentage of holders will be very keen to be still holding when the Petersen case concludes!!!!!! (Not so far away now)
End result no sellers equals higher sp no ???

Also yesterday was an opportunity for some to take profits so you now have a knew set of investors that will be looking for an sp behind your cost price ???? And also the investors that didn’t sell yesterday probably won’t be selling anytime soon ????
If we don’t sell then new investors have no option but to pay more.

Yesterday would have made the sp higher with the amount they need to buy and they probably know from our day to day fluctuations that they could buy cheaper !!!( as today is proving) but of course you may be right also that see something coming that we don’t ,my worry is that if these different “shisters “ talk to each other ? Changing the subject to the times article , it stated that muddy waters still held a short interest in us , does anyone know if that’s correct??? I know you can hold below .5% without it being reported but I thought MW had stated he’d now “gone soft” on us lol

The world is littered with companies that do just that !!!!!
Whenever I’ve heard Chris Bogart asked about competitors coming to our market he has always welcomed competition but stressed how much financially is needed in tandem with expertise???? We have that in spades others will try and many will fail !!! The market you are talking about is oversubscribed already in my opinion and what would our USP that others don’t already have ??? No IMHO we should let the small fry deal with small fry , it’s not like they have any expertise to creep up on us !!! Also whilst our wage bill must be extortionate due to the quality of our team , it is importantly a small team rather than what would be needed for your plan !!!
Finally I personally think our growth will come from a massive increased need and investing in individual law firms total cases !!!

Have to say even I’m disappointed to get to nearly seven and a half quid only to close at 671 ???? Think I’m going to research a few Co’s that have dual listed in the last couple of years , any suggestions welcome. Didn’t seem to be any dissenters asking questions in the call ? Yes the figures were down on 2019 but last year they had ypf in the mix !!!!

Interesting that they decided to push hard for settlement from 2019 vintage ? ( accepting that it came with lower payments )
