As for this "Deadline" I don't think it was intended to be seen as a deadline but agree that they should stop giving us dates that ultimately cloud the meaning... It's like us being told the tunnel re TBM is ahead but no one is saying that the shafts are maybe behind a little... I would like to see under promise over deliver every time myself ... Hey ho I'm being picky really when actually it feels like they are doing a fantastic job and moving at pace ..

I am convinced the additional money is tied to the euro torp and the only reason it's not public yet is it will probably be tied to ST2 funding as well . And I believe that will involve ADM rather than Gina .... My only fear from the new funding option is that it might not be clear how many stages the money will come in and that will mean we are not actually sure at what % further monies will cost us... Or will it be expensive to start with and get cheaper along the way ???

excellent post Lives ..... ST2 will have a massive impact on the sp but so will getting it built... the progress is amazing and I we continue to remember CF saying the value is in getting it built !!!!!
