I’m sorry to persevere guys I do understand my earlier question may have been ignored because I’m being a numpty again but if the money’s are being held in escrow? Why does that mean they would be paid back in shares ??? Sorry for my ignorance I’m just not getting that part of it all ?

Max why does it have to be massive dilution ?? I can’t remember exactly what CF said our current value is but it definitely was not 290 million! Given that I hardly think we’ll be diluted to the tune many are suggesting. Obviously we are not in the strongest position but I think there will be more than one option. And it definitely sounded to me that they will pay significantly more than the present share price And it also sounded that the recent iis may be in a q as back up ??? Obviously all imo

Interesting name there soldapup for a first time poster ?? You may get some help once you’ve told us what or who attracted you to sxx in the first place. Are you excited by the project like many here or the 100year product ? The massive earning potential? Dividends? Growth? Or given that there are so many pluses is it just a collection of all many pluses ????

No wiggle room needed we qualified for IPA assistance well within the rules, sadly at the moment I think they see us as too risky but if we get someone to help fund the shafts we may well qualify then
