All well and good....but for shareholders the key issue is REVENUES, CASH FLOW , PROFITS.

Neither Newland or his side kick with the abacus are able to give any forecast of REVENUE for 2025...and that is utterly incredible, and at odds with Newlands constant f******* ramping.

To give context: June Prelims & fund raise: Newland boasted " The Company has a strong current pipeline of opportunities......As such, the management remains confident in delivering strong growth in 2024 in line with current market expectations" That figure was £6.45m

Newland, having got the raise away, reports 16 weeks later that revenue is HALF WHAT HE TOLD INVESTORS

Sept 26th Interims: FY Revenue expected to be between £3.0 million and £3.7 million, materially lower etc.....than 16 weeks prior. So if you check the Interims you will see 1H FY24 £1m of revenues with £1.9m booked for 2H. So Newland was expecting c800k extra of revenues 2H

JAN 23 TRADING UPDATE: Revenues for the year ended 31 December 2024 are expected to be up 31% at £2.9 million (FY23: £2.2 million). What that means is that Newland didnt add a single cent in revenue over 2H...no extra £800k....just the business already booked!!!!! So the revenue figure was below the lowest estimate....Interpretation: Newland is a either a fool, a fantasist or incompetent...or possibly all 3... So what IS THE OUTLOOK FOR 2025 ANDREW? Answer is "

The Board has a lot to answer for! The utterly useless ex-chair did nothing to tackle Newland's persistent and rampant story-telling. His replacement Groen seems equally supine, & brings no fresh impetus or thinking as he was already on the Board. The directors have virtually no economic interest in the success of the company; Newland & Griffiths have not purchased any shares, outside being forced to with fundraises, in ages.

If Barrington spent as much time cultivating her shareholders as she does attending symposia or sponsoring golf tournaments then I'd be much happier. And for good measure it really is high bloody time that the board and management actually spent some of their own money buying their stock, rather than free-riding .

Stepping back for a mo. the construction rental sector has been mullered hard over a sustained period. Covid, was swiftly followed by interest rises, & now project delays etc due to Starmer/Rachel Reeves's uncanny ability to f*** u*. And then there's Velocity and the costs associated with that, the expansion of the fleet etc... & the debt profile...so not a great backdrop. And sp has collapsed from 50p to 20p with barely any respite.

Wary of disasters like Carillion et al in the construction sector, its still worth reminding ourselves that this Co. produces revenues of c£400m,& is one of the biggest players in a fragmented sector;UK is 5th/6th biggest economy ; Labour is desperate to engineer growth, most obv by pump-priming house building & infrastructure. If that happens, and Velocity actually works then sentiment could change quickly. There's a lot of self-help that they can do: (1) Withdraw from Kazahk JV as its a distraction, low quality eps, & volatile(2) Accelerate cost-cutting in UK (3) Rebase dividend

The Board of Directors signed off on the Jan 23 statement including Newland's comment about large pharma contracts "are progressing well.....". What is shameful is that Newland's comment should have been allowed to stand by the Board, who are doing an absolutely terrible job. The wording is classic Newland-speak....the link being "we're confident that our current contracts are progressing well", not that they are progressing well....giving Newland yet again wriggle room to act surprised/disappointed if EISEI and AZ don't progress.

Catalyst could be house building programme. H/builders are firm as there's more optimism about new homes & Labour actually doing s/thing about planning system.

The fact is that Newland and Griffiths, with the connivance of the Board, have consistently ( and it would seem deliberately) treated their shareholder base with contempt. The permutations around AZ & Eisei’s study likely outcomes should be known to Newland, and any competent CEO would have calibrated their comments accordingly.

Add to that (1) Executives that actually bought shares in their own company (2) A competent CFO (3) a Chairman who did his job (4) A board younger than Rip Van Winkle

Suggests that management is responding to lower demand/ doing what they can to get on top of where they can bear down on costs. Our useless Chancellor is fully responsible for the mess, targetting private sector to reward bloated, unreformed public sector. All the evidence out there from chums who own businesses is that they are either firing, not hiring, or putting investment on hold because of the attack on them - spans IT, leisure, online, building contractors, financial services & media....truly shocking

Given the liquid biopsy landscape, Newland continues to be a desperately poor advocate for the sector. The evasiveness that he and Griffiths display in leading the company is part of the issue. The investment narrative needs a radical overhaul

1. Explain why liquid biopsy space is so important

2. Set Parsortix w/i the competitive space; explain how the space is expanding, and that is plenty of room to develop

3. Update investors on how they are improving /modifying/updating Parsortix system to keep it at the forefront; explain the effort that the R&D team is making etc

4. Give some colour to the commercial process - explain the approach. What lessons learnt, mistakes made?

5. Set out a proper road map for revenue growth & profitability & not the utter nonsense that he & Griffiths have served up to date....

6. Tell us how the management team iis being strengthened - Give them more exposure

TwoGood2Die - re. Parsortix system, (1) it clearly does what it says on the tin (2) FDA approval is gold standard (3) AZ wouldnt have spent £700k merely to test if a new system is worth the effort. So the system is proving its usefulness.

Newland's approach seems to be that you have to start with the academic research labs in order to give you the bona fides/peer support to open the doors in the commercial market (hence the effort on conferences, peer reviews etc). Prima facie a sensible approach but currently that hasn't yielded the results that Newland clearly expected & it feels like progress is incredibly slow - look at the revenues. Liquid biopsy is definitely the way forward for a host of reasons

- not least the cost savings associated with early identification & treatment. I think there is a general appreciation of this -so Angle's situation could change very dramatically when/if Big Pharma or Illumina throw their weight behind Parsortix.

Write to the chair and Senior Independent Director; they are supposed to take views of shareholders seriously. Alternatively ring their brokers - they act as a conduit for investors views as well.

On Feb 4, Newland's irresponsible ramping of Illumina 1hr 'white coats in the lab' webinar, had pushed the share price to 16.5p. 4 weeks on , we're back down at 10.5p. If ever there was an illustration of Newland's attitude & approach to his shareholder base it is this. By constantly hyping progress, making outlandish revenue forecasts, obscuring negative news whilst hyperflating potential news, Newland has made it impossible for investors to take a view on valuation. As a result, its been a case of buying the ramp, and then selling the non-news. The effect this has internally, can only be imagined. But I it will the likes of AZ & EISEI & Illumina who take their reputations & any coat-riding very seriously.

Indeed. Speculating about why all of a sudden there's a rush for the exit is pointless, as there could any number of reasons. I prefer to stick to the facts, rather than speculating. The facts are that as of today, with Q1 two thirds gone, we have had:

1. No new commercial deals signed in 10 MONTHS (the last being, AZ Androgen assay (£550k) in early May. And yet INTERIM STATEMENT (26 Sept ) signe doff by he Bard still went ahead and published this statement:

"Significant increase in number of prospective customers since completion of successful fundraise in June 2024, with discussions progressing with multiple additional large pharma companies." So no new customers in 8 MONTHS

2. No update on existing AZ & EISEI trials either
