.........Daft and My Home are two Irish property rental and sales outfits, Daft eat My home for breakfast and with the property market in ireland in turmoil right now that was the source of my post, just to let you know..........but wrong company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's another My Home who I woudn't be enamored with at all and thought it was the same company, as I said I hadn't done any research, but if it was the same My Home I wouldn't have needed to do resarch as I would have said to stay well clear, but it turns out to be a completely different company..................

I would check this share out thoroughly before buying is my tuppence worth, yes it could be good value at 14p or 15p but when it comes to rental's and property Daft is way ahead and that alone would make me check out everthing only from the point of view that cash flow here just has to be a big issue, it's just my hunch my opinion as I'm not in here and haven't done any research........Away now!!!!

Makes no sense selling now, the dividend date is by tomorrow 6th of June if I'm correct. There could be buying opportunities over the next weeks or so.........then there should be upwards movement within 4 to 9 weeks...............I'm off for my break in the sun!!!

Dividends apart, I wasn't even equating it in my head in that respect! I got in here because it's a cheap share that appears undervalued right now. It may be a slow burner but has to rise at some stage IMO. I feel good holding these, we may see a bit of a drop before any rises. I calculate usually and pay attention to EPS average closely, by my calculations at a very conservative 10 times EPS this share should be no lees than 40p right now and could be trading comfortably at 55p or thereabouts. Only thing against it is low volumes traded.

Think we both read that decimal point wrong! How the hell did we do that? I read it as 4p to 5p too, think I need to go to Specsavers!!!

I posted yesterday on BLNX board a dividend of 4p to 5p, I should have posted .4p to .5p, genuine mistake, hope it didn't mislead any of you!!

I posted info on ATG yesterday, dividend will be in the region of 0.484p and not 4p to 5p as posted yesterday. Genuine mistake!!!!

Anyone heard any news of the meeting? So far the share held well on the announcement today, if the were smart they would have announced any better news at the meeting...............

The company doesn't know why it's share price has gone up over 150% inside 5 weeks!!! Maybe someone should tell them who Johnny Kidd is!!!!

And as soon as I said that about AXE it rises 3.8%, good but damn!!!

.......A share I'm checking out at the moment is AXE.......there seems to be good talk about it................

.......yea, it does look tempting, my thing on this share is that they'll have blown another 35 million approx. by year end and valuation on AIM shares seem to buck the trend on a regular basis IMO..........but will reconsider this again maybe....

I take 50% off any share price in my mind from this time last year..........2007 was the year of hype gone mad........so that would leave this share at 40P!!!
