Currently the general public own about 82% of the shares in PREM, so Glencore would have to go some to become a majority shareholder and a TR1 would have to be declared.

I personally think if it was a buy, the purchase price would have been higher, so I’m going sell ……if so, good to get that out of the way

What are we thinking, buy or sell. I’m wondering whether it may have been a sell trade being worked, as I thought the SP would have closed higher.

That should have read EME doing 400%+ in a day a few weeks ago

Looks like this has had some great support today. Buy to sell ratio great and should bode well for next week with investors taking positions for the likely Glencore move. As I said early this morning, the resource value here is amazing and should bode well for the future SP. I remember seeing EME do 400+ a few weeks ago in a day and I think PREM could well emulate that on the next positive RNS.

Great start to the day, lots of buying pressure. The word is getting round. Rising up the share risers board for more exposure.

I’ve noticed that the actual value of the minerals to PREM hasn’t been discussed much lately and I have to admit to being a little ignorant of this information. So I have been looking for a resource value for the Zulu project and the last estimate I have found in 2024 was 2.2m tonnes of spodumene. Let’s say the price at sale is $1000 per tonne.

That’s a resource value of £1.6Bn for the Lithium alone, without the Tantalum - I hadn’t fully appreciated that !

Obviously this isn’t the true value to PREM as there are operational costs, taxes…etc..etc… but still a huge number.
