Jag, I would imagine this is a funding issue. You have to have certainty you have the funding before placing the order, so my guess is that discussions have been going on behind the scenes. Thankfully with the amazing rise in the price of spod recently, it makes it more likely (IMO) that funding in whatever fashion will not be a problem. The Long Stop extension was the green light 🚦- let’s all see what transpires before jumping to any conclusions.

Jag, if you had listened to the presentation yesterday, Graham had said that one of the reasons for coming back to London was to see his father. Graham is 67, so his father is likely to be in his 90’s. Time with your parents at that age is precious and I applaud him for being a human being

Agree Ak247. The RNS at the end of September confirming that MESH had been acknowledged as a Project of National Significance sent the SP into a four fold increase, so approval could IMO do the same or better. Hold on tight …

I posted something like this in the summer, but what keeps me interested in PREM is the value of the resource, which makes their debt seem insignificant in the scheme of things.

At the last estimate in 2024 there was an estimated resource size of 2.2 Million tonnes of spodumene concentrate at Zulu.

If this can be converted to SC6 with a current value of $1,640 a tonne that is worth $3.6 Billion

Mind boggling isn’t it and worth getting that plant working in my opinion and probably why Graham Hill took the job on.

Well I don’t know what happened there. I went on to Stockbox with a search for PREM interview and saw a ‘Live’ link. In hindsight seeing GR there in front of the plant I should have realised that perhaps wasn’t the interview we were expecting 😂. Have now followed the correct link posted by iky786, which as Acker says is a good and positive summary !! Apologies folks 🙄
