I think you misunderstand, misrepresent or simply undervalue the Victory assets. Time will tell of course, but in a competitive bid situation I don't see it playing out for as long as some posters have forecast.

Equally, Nanoco might have spunked a lot of that cash under ME on fruitless R&D projects (and Director remuneration). So in a roundabout way having bank of Samsung look after it might turn out to be no bad thing in the long run. Reputational damage and loss of opportunity is also compensatable in damages. I really think it will be a comp package north of $1bn if Nanoco wins.
