Not really casey - that's what RNS are intended for.... for publcising material news. It was certainly deemed significant enough to warrant an RNS when they first agreed a sale. Being not uncommon for AIM does not make it right!

Tra1 but after announcing a binding sale agreement was there no other rns to say this deal had fallen apart given the sale was material news? And if the deal did fall apart how then exactly how and why did that happen given the binding nature of the contract as stated. There would normally be a forfeit of some kind for reneging on a binding deal like that. Did something occur which did not crop up during the initial pre-contract due diligence...?

Vested interests usually speak for themselves actually. In investment terms itnl is barely significant. A lot of AIM companies have Directors with skin in the gsme . It is no guarantee. In fact successful companies on AIM are greatly outnumbered by the failures particulalry in the mining sector

Nigwit I don't think there is a link. QTM has shown it is quite capable of sliding on its own. The market has not given it any credit for the India deal - only BtB semed to do that. If the money comes in as most people do not expect then I expect it will rise

Westie50 that's utter rubbish, if you had listened to me and did as I said by selling ARC (or OTC as it then was) you would have saved well over 99% of your capital!! Also,I recommended selling PSL to those who listened when I commented on that over the past 6-12 months. And what a basket case that was. Bust. Are you really invested in Nanoco? If so, well done. I cannot see any merit in the new gestation of the OTC business though. It is a wild put at best!
