Foxhill I do think your view is valid. But at times you go a bit overboard without giving the other side of the balance. You will recall that Fowler never spouted off about Tema before we actually got the (shock) news as it then was. They operate in difficult markets and have always said they dont have control of timing. If you invested then you have to take that at remark at face value. A CEO on AIM that isn't over optimistic? Please name one.

I've done that in the past when I was younger and it was a horror show experience. It is a lesson in investing to spread and diversify most especially in these markets . Once the graph goes the other way the good feeling evoparates very fast. Good luck anyway but be careful!!

Have a look at INTU today for more amusement, not such a great long term value hold. Dangerously close to going bust is what it really is.

And if it helps you too, retail shopping centres are still closed. That's my steer. INTU is now back at the price you started pumping it. So how did that work out? Still hoping for 25p+ ?

80% of world trade is in commercial shipping cargos for things like food, medicine and energy. Even in lockdown people will eat and will need medicine and use energy. I'd expect a dip but if countries like China are running full tilt they will no doubt wish to service that gap for imports. Not all the countries on your llist are badly affected either - Germany for instance. Like I said originally Tema is transforming into something much bigger from Q2 onwards, superior capacity to what it was last year, and that is a crucial factor. So I am expecting any drop off in trade to be outweighed by that expansion over 2020 as a whole, and beyond.

At risk is the flow of goods like food, medicine and energy via commercial shipping, which accounts for about 80% of global trade. So let's be clear about this - worldwide ports are not in lockdown, although some (or most) are now operating under new restrictions to deal with Covid 19 which tends to slow down the time spent at port. The main impact will be restrictions on changeover of crews because this presents a logistical problem - seafarers need a break after a long time at sea. Maybe Govts will relax those regs. a bit to keep things moving?

They seem to be doing well with the tactice of trace and quarantine. Latest is that Sierra Leone has recorded four (4) new cases bringing the total number of positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 to 30. But the four new cases were all people who were already in quarantine and are linked to previous cases.

I turned back to some of the previous articles from 2019 and I think you are correct that the 4th berth will now be complete and presumably operational in start up mode in May 2020 (well ahead of the 'early'Dec 20 due date). CHEC are world renowned port builders and one must think they have been doing some long hours to achieve this all so ultra fast. The second phase will add 0.4km of berth to the 1lm already constructed. The Q1 2020 full transition to Terminal 3 will also now be complete meaning 2m pa TEU curren capacity (double the capacity from July last year) and with GPHA running the old Terminal the port can now become a truly mixed cargo Regional hub serving not juat Ghana but the AFTA as a whole. The implication is that the fully completed capacity of 3.7m TEU will be ready in May 2020 or soon after. With this progress it is easy to see how Port revenues will ramp up during 2020 and beyond.

I like the business they are involved in but still researching. Logic would indicate that things have not been happy since the January business update, given they are relying on an Italian factory. I get the impression this will need to survive on personal loans for now. How quickly do you think they can they develop a product thwy can bring to market,? Also what do we know about other competitor SOLAR products?

There is no place for faith in life or investing IMO. Just rational and objective decision making. I am happy to hold.
