technically no because if this goes to £1 today then that would be the highest paid within a 52 week period before the offer is made. however yes if it doesn't go over that price then yes 80p

lol those sellers were probably 200% or so in profit natural for them to take money off the table

got another 500k odd shares today in this today to add to my 650k yesterday at one point i rode this from 0.68p to around the 3p's selling along the way the faxt there is a viable gas project here is whats drawn me back in. yes litigation and management have caused it no end of crud. but all it will take is a decent rns to get this up 75/100%
