Mr CMC - I do not disagree with you about FOS changing their goal posts. I personally think they have but the question is, who will be willing to challenge them on it. Like I said, this isn’t something new to Amigo, you need to ask yourself the question, why hasn’t the likes of Provident and others not done so already???
Plus, if the FCA did sign off on the affordability, then why would they want to waste their time and effort in going against their own view in the beginning. It doesn’t make sense.
Problem here is, ppl have ploughed a lot of money into this without really understanding the problems and anybody with a different view to the Boy Scouts is automatically discredited. Nobody has forced you into topping up on the decline thinking it’s the end and it’s gonna somehow sky rocket.

Anybody with a bit of common sense would know that there is no way Amigo are going to challenge FOS. Can you imagine what their claim would be, Amigo know more about complaints than the FOS. Can assure you that the FCA deem the FOS as specialists in this field and therefore, any such stance against the FOS will not be seen in a positive light or work well for Amigos interests imo.

Apologies but probably me being thick, when they say equity raise does that mean a dilution if shares, if so, from what I understand, that never really helps the share price?

Given the fact that the FCA have issued guidance around offering customers forbearance due to COVID, I would assume that the figures you’re quoting do not take this into account and that it’s actually a lot less than anticipated.
