nice to see Ana Stewart at no. 3 on the ATM execs to watch, but suprised the news of James Ellis has not been posted on there yet! Only just seen your post from Tuesday about divi's etc, and a very good point that I had not really given much thought to. If IDG avoid increasing the issued share capital, imagine the potential divi's in say 3 years from now! Could almost be equal to the current SP! Wishful thinking maybe but this company is destined for significant profits in the future IMO, and as you say they will be keen to reward the loyal investors by sharing those profits. The companies confidence is clearly displayed by their decision to reduce the one-off payments and replace them with long-term recurring payments, all we need now is some detail about expansion from a trading update! WillieM nice buy there today, similar volume to what I hope to be topping up with very soon. I know GUARANTEE is a strong word, but I fail to see how we will not at least double our money from these levels in the next year or so! oldtramp I agree that the company is now stronger than ever and as yet the SP does not reflect that, the only reason I can see for a share issue is to bring in a large strategic investor, and although speculative I believe we could even see that happen at a premium to the SP, similar to what MONI have now done twice. Would be more than willing to suffer dilution if it is at a premium and it allows IDG to be even more aggressive in their international expansion, and I'm sure there would be a few interested parties if Stewart et al were to consider it an option. What do you guys think? ot you have mail by the way :)

cheers for the news, good to see the expansion into 2nd tier cities, but for me the most important part is at the end, the perimeter protection solution, and the prospect of a partnership with the Chinese defence sector, and also IMO the possibility of this technology being implemented in Airports and other high security areas worldwide in the future. Specifically: "What makes ATM's such an attractive advertising channel is the number of people who use them and the amount of cash they dispense. For example, in the UK, some 21 million people use an ATM every week and over 75% of the countries cash reaches consumers through them." Also in that report, under the section "Launching a Programme" :- "Once a bank or IAD (Independent ATM Deployer) decides to launch an ATM advertising programme, the programme can be created in-house or through a payment processing organisation such as First Data." "If First Data is processing the ATM transactions for the bank or IAD it can also co-ordinate the media agency (atmAd??), carry out the coding of on-screen advertising from artwork supplied by third party advertisers, implement advertising and provide quarterly revenue reporting." Also First Data can provide potential advertisers with details of locations and transaction volumes of ATM units selected by the ATM deployers (CashCard network etc) to carry the advertisements, therefore saving IDG valuable time and effort. Have I understood this correctly? Hadn't heard of Nautilous Hyosung so will look into them, probably tomorrow, unless you have any links handy?? Think we could also expect some news from LD Systems soon, as the number of IAD's in USA makes atmAd an even more appealing proposition IMO, as it makes operating a small number of ATM's a much more financially viable option, especially if combined with LD Systems' ATM Share Programme. Also could see IDG further expanding this year, and as you say Canada and France are both options Stewart is considering due to the ATM structure being similar to the UK, and IDG having the IBM contact in place. Would appreciate any links you have for IBM and also Windows security issues, as well as the relationship between Level Four Software and IDG. I had a look at the JF Media link, and like you have no idea why that is on there, could not make any connection! It seems the more I research this company, the more questions I have, instead of answers! Still good fun though, and definately many positives to come IMO!

thanks for posting, will be interesting to see if ECV do decide to increase their investment or even take full control of One80 Ltd, also the possibility of an investment in Penso. I feel what will really move the SP will be news of partnerships or sales divisions in Europe, especially Germany, where the Taxi Association is interested in the Vito, and also feedback on the Canter 3.5 tonne truck from councils and fleet operators. Still a long term hold for me but DYOR etc etc

Have you looked into either of them? Going to leave ADH for now, as I hope to be able to put some profit from elsewhere in there without missing the boat! I see you have bought more TEG, just starting looking into them and like what I see, especially after the agreement with Alkane, not much appetite for them in the market though! Back on topic, even with the buys building here the actual ask has gradually slipped down, so might try and hold out for 30p here! GL in your investments!

think you will make good money at those prices assuming you are looking long-term? Looking to get into this and ADH before xmas if funds allow, but would like to be topping up in MONI, ACTA and a few others like PYC, IDG, and BSST, depends what happens with PXS to some extent. Lots of bargains around though! Shame the spread has opened up again, but hoping for 1 last dip/shake to present my buying opportunity, will you be adding to your holding if it drops at all from this level, or happy with your holding?

rebounded well from yesterdays drop, and the spread has closed nicely. Positive set of results last week, and the Investors Chronicle online article today by Nigel Bolitho, expecting a further licensing deal to be signed in the not too distant future (possibly ALS again), and further milestone payments due from ALS for BugOil license once regulatory approval given in the UK, expected first half 2010, and the USA late 2010. What are people's thoughts on whether there will be one last cash call in the new year before the UK approval is obtained? They had £1.5mill on 30th September, but expanding sales force and difficult trading conditions in Europe may be more significant short-term then the improved sales of InCa by Miller in USA, especially when you consider UK approval bound to be late! Yeah it was strange as it wasn't taking up much room, but as soon as I deleted it normal service was resumed. Probably more than 1 virus on this thing, had it for 4 years with only basic Adaware and something else, I let my mate who knows more than me deal with it! Would you recommend Spyware doctor for my laptop then? Its Windows 7 (if it ever gets here) and they have had some problems with security and blackouts I believe, need to look into it properly. Need to pop out for a bit, will e-mail you later, might have a few companies for you to look at if your interested, not invested as yet but seriously considering. Take it easy mate!

yeah been keeping away from the boards generally a bit, still catching up on your research links whenever possible, my computer is really struggling lately, I think when Noah threw it out the ark he did some serious damage! Tried signing up to Skype the other week, accidentally told it to auto run when computer on, and auto sign me in, and got to the stage where it was taking 5 minutes or more to open 1 page in the afternoons!! Ordered a laptop but been waiting over a week for payment to clear!!!!! Have also enjoyed researching this company when I have had time, but yours has been brilliant mate so keep it up! Is that email a dotcom jobby?

hi mate how you doing? thanks for the links, suprised that 85% of Tesco customers use the atm before shopping, can only be good for IDG though. Brilliant results from Coca-Cola's Appletiser vouchers, hopefully soon we will be seeing Fruitlow Minute Maid on atm's, by which time I will hopefully have topped up here significantly from my PXS profits! I live in hope..........
