Keeping in mind the sale and leaseback transaction they highlighted (unless this fell after the period end) and the

proceeds received from existing a parcel of restaurants.

Keep in mind they sold their medical division,

one of the results of this is the current low net debt.

Their remaining stake in ICU medical is currently worth

over £200 Million.
