We are in October. When Tiburn last pursued an Attack on me / I purposely asked him to offer his superior insight into what his production expectation would be through to January. So … as to be expected / being asked to commit a number he perhaps tapered his commitment so to not look 👀 the fool so to speak. You know … Under promise and Over deliver.

A good Post there by Stas on the level of corruption here. Until the truth is unraveled re the billion barrel oil discovery / then the SP will remain at the mercy of Traders whom are closely related to the Financiers. They get a head start so to speak.

Only the JV can unlock the truth. Art cannot hide should the billion barrels somehow become a white elephant / but then again / I’ve seen them shrug it off before and disappear. Hanging on for Retirement. They just need that extra money. Like a burglar who cannot stop. Create expectation. Sell a myth. Let their mates (Financiers - “Other Entities”) in. SP rise. As soon as enough Private Investor liquidity / they Trade out. Consolidate the Shares. Start again.

The problem is the FD is shrouded in absolute secrecy.

So / As I say. Any multi Well drill is not cost effective to go it on our own. We are heavily dependant on JV to bring in their Expertise. That said / I’d love us to fund a horizontal and bag 1000bopd but it ain’t gonna happen. Not with the current debt levels. Need the JV.

Stas. We did not locate the parts for GGS. We did not complete the engineering plan. We did not fix up the Wells to GGS. All Contractors. So if we Drill ourselves / we pay through the nose. Better to let JV take care of that. Thanks.

If Production gets above 2000bopd / then it’s a trade off between paying off debt v funding growth. This is why it is still essential JV lands. Should JV not materialise, then a slow grow self funding option would still not be easy given the value of debt. So we need the JV. Not least for their Expertise. As we are lacking.

Bigbear. I don’t see how the Bondholders get paid off as part of any JV. When the Bondholders are running the Company. No.. I think they’ll choose to stick around. Maybe reduce by half is a potential outcome should they want to improve their own cash situation v Risk. The Bondholders aren’t going anywhere fast imo. Esp with inflation at 5/6%.

Stas. This adds further to my theory that 1 / They don’t want to run an Oil Company and 2 / Entities (unknown) are using Anavio as a conduit.
