Anavio are only interested in extracting value for themselves. You’ve already seen them in action 4p down to 2.6p. Nicely done.

No I think the JV goes ahead. Not with Oil Major. We will part fund the development. If Anavio can align themselves with a 10 year cash cow / then as it stands / they are in pole position. Think about it.

Given the chance they would favour chance to bank guaranteed returns over 10 year.

They just need the JV for the Drill bit expertise. Anavio will pay to retain share of Revenue.

Why not ask them why they RNS the need to Top up the Company with cash at 4p / Only to wait a Month to allow the organised Shorting crew to take it sub 2p thus allowing the window to open and fully exploit LTH ??

I wonder what carrot they will try to Sell us ? Cos I’m considering getting out once GGS performs. Re JV. Do I want to be in for that ?? Yes.. But the fear is considerable compound Dilution and having to wait another 2/3/4/5 yr to get a return.

If Anavio know the Risk profile of any project. Why would they not want to own that at the expense of PI who may buy / should the SP rise above 3p ?? Be careful when / if it goes above 3p. Equity support for JV and consolidation boooom… It is distinct possibility.

Motivators are Need for cash to retain greater Share of JV returns vs development costs (No … No … JV will pay for everything… Ok then ??). Desire for Anavio to create a cash cow. Low entry point established at 2.6p. For now …

Would the BOD care to reveal which Banks Art had meetings with re RBL Q4 2022 ? All in the past now of course. Look forward to the focus being on GGS and how confident they are re final outcome. They won’t answer anything re JV - Period.
