Yeah - I was sort of expecting it to be at the bottom, but suspect that the US sell off that continuednear market close might lead to further sales...

Ended up topping up again. £8.90 provides a 5.5% yield based on the current final dividend alone. Relatively happy with that!

Anyone know what's causing this massive share price decline? Is it general economy/ brexit or have I missed something?

I expected good results, but this was better than expected! I had spare funds from selling GSK at £16~ (which I was overweight at). Little bit gutted I topped up on BT and Breedon shares as opposed to GFRD. Lol.

I'd argue it still is a growth stock. They make a good return on cash they keep so I'm personally happy to nit have a dividend here. A lot of the growth has been priced in already but expecting good results on wednesday with the Lagan addition. Should start off more growth

Just sold out my holding for a 45% loss... I think funding will become an issue, especially as it looks like a placing is a no-go. Could become a take over target, but until there's a working model, seems unlikely.

Lovely recovery tbh. Hopefully we'll end positive for the day... lol. There's nothing that signalled a £1 drop - i'm just gutted I didn't sell yesterday and bought back today! lol.

Expecting this to hit around £15.6-£15.8 in the upcoming week. I think £16 is showing a bit of short term resistance though.

Haha yeah i'm not liking the volatility of this share also. I WAS planning to jump out at 1600, but just missed that yesterday. Think i'll exit it some-time before the end of this year as I currently don't have a long-term focus (planning to buy a new house in next 12 months so need to be careful!) or I would stick around for a regular dividend (comments don't sound like it's going to be to stable, but i'd rather take a dividend cut if it meant new investments in research).

Mainly just CPOD comments from the FDA. Massively over-reacted IMO!!!

Let's just hope it was a good decisions to jump back in now :). Nothing's fundamentally changed, so seem's like an over-reaction. Hopefully there's nothing bigger that hasn't fully been reported yet! Yesterday's earnings update was positive, the deal with 23andme should have benefits, and Emma seems like a fantastic CEO. So... still confident :).

Agreed - yesterday's results were decent. The COPD issue seems to be the most likely driver, but the FDA is non-binding, and there's time to hopefully fix the identified issues. Seem's like an over-reaction to me and i've just topped up at 144.4 (although... I wish I waited a couple minutes!).

In other news, GFRD starts work on the M1 upgrade. Am I right in thinking only a small amount of the £373m will go to GFRD?

8% decline so far today... whats causing that fall? After all the promises made, this shares not doing much... Not sure if I should divest and jump more into BT, or keep my money here... lol
