It's funny how everyone seems convinced DBay is going to takeover the company. Just like everyone was convinced FSP would result in a offer being accepted.
Maybe, just maybe, DBay see value at the current share price with no view to take over the company. Given the ownership structure, a takeover isn't going to be easy anyway.
Yes - i'm equally surprised at the fall today. 12% is a bit much - this should be positive tomorrow, I guess.
Lol the Pete kid here and there is the same person. Get's slightly frustrating. Investing is a long-term game, but he's trying to encourage a short term approach. I'm not interested in a 100% return when I strongly believe i can get 3x that by doubling my waiting period.
Pink isn't here. Take your ramping elsewhere, please.
Thank you :)
I've been invested in here a while - glad you made some decent money! I had bought some just before the FSP aswell, so had some of that fall to enjoy lol. I am expecting a takeover, but my view is it will be over £1. Software companies are taken over based n revenues they generate, and Proactis has some solid revenues. Market cap doesn't sit right based on revenue. I think we could be highly rewarded :)
Yeah I bought at just under 38. 6750 worth.
Annoying as I can now get a quote for 1.2k that is left in my isa.. lol
Are you topping up here also? I now have an interest in 80000 shares.
I'll try that now. I had set a limit order of 38.25. The price they came back to me with was 38.9...
Struggling to buy shares now... I bought 23000 this week and looked at around 30,000 more to take my holding to 100,000. But can't get my order processed... Anyone else had any luck?
A few of those trades are mine as i'm consolidating this into my ISA as i'll be at capital gains tax threshold if this pops further. But yes, small buys are pushing the price up a lot - i puirchased 11000 at 38 yesterday, and about 11500 ad 37.85. Higher purchases mean I have a hgher amount to pay. I still have a big chunk of funds i'm converting, so I'm hoping for a temporary price fall lol.
Also - I guess that's where our views differ. I'd rather make my £100k + profit by waiting patiently. I like the current BoD - Tim is responsive as a CEO. I don't see a issue with focusing on IIs - this share is quite tightly held.
p.s. - Aren't you the one that said there's a definite sale at in excess of £1? Your posts are contradictory.
Lol.
This company has a lot of potential at £1.50+, yet you want £0.75.
They've increased their sales. It's doing better than the company was at first - the current board have good ideas. BePayd isn't commercialised at the moment and that makes sense from a PR point of view.
You'll get 0.75 easc, but in a year, double that tot about 1.50 easy.
If you don't believe in the Board, you shouldn't be invested as capital is at risk.
I tried to buy £14042 worth of shares and got no quote
I then tried £5000 worth and got quoted 36.84 per share. This is clearly a buy - otherwise there would be s lot of liquidity here.
Looking forward to the update!
Fantastic news re. the new contract win. I hope more of these are published as and when they are won. This company has fantastic potential - margins are great, so clearly profitable.
Only gripe is - I dislike the website! Lol.
I don't want to see a sale at current prices - we'll get £1.50+ in due course - we wouldn't get that in a bid yet, IMO. This is a by and hold IMO.
And personally - my view is BePayd has opened the doors - there was a note in the presentation packs that they are looking to work with the Scottish and UK Government - I wonder if this has been faster than expected, which will enhance company profile going forward. Would be positive IMO.
I've been here for a while and have averaged down over the period of a year +.
Personally - I always viewed this as underpriced, especially at current prices. BePayd offers great potential and there's a party that's now bought more than 3% of shares in the past few days.
This has shot again this morning - 35p buys.
Will we get 40p end of Day?
Seen that - I can dump 24k from one account at 29p a share. Not tried to sell from other accounts. This should be interesting :). GLA!
Agreed - given price movement, it looks like buys to me.
Good luck all! I hope we all get RICH! :D
Another 900k shares traded at about 9:30 in 2 trades. Not printed as buys or sells - so don't know the net result. But it's a lot of liquidity in shares. This should be interesting.
I might be forced to sell some of my other stocks to top up soon. Have chunky dividends coming in 10 days from SLA and planned to use those proceeds - but that might be to late....
AH - i've never really been fond of Glasgow lol. Maybe its because I had to commute there for work 5 days a week. I live on the outskirts of Edinburgh, so that was a painful 3 years lol.
Anyway - on topic - O agree with your comments. I amn't worried re. my investment in Breedon. I've always felt Management have a good handle of the business. Only thing that slightly concerns me is the Scotland position, where there's talks of an extension to Lockdowns....
