Personally, I would think CC will want to get rid of it as it is very diversionary to the core task (mining and refining), but with MUST effectively imploding, who knows. I cannot see BE being spun out without a listing vehicle as the cost and effort is quite high & long, and diversionary.

Belco is staying and unless CC changes strategy that is good, works well as it is self contained (and now built) and an added value stream that can feed directly into direct sales and rental

Personally, I care not one jot about BE - all the years and millions and delivered very little. Keeping Belco and a slice of the rental arm is perfect ... everyone beats a path to the door that has Vanadium and Electrolyte

I doubt that ... the MUST (and other) shareholders will want a rise & return (and it is normal to have a no-sale for a specified period of time, or pre-sell down limits in place)

It is staggering .. nothing has changed .... the MUST arrangements have been clear for many months .... we basically have what we 'paid' for ... which is a large chunk of Enerox and VRFB-H. Only difference is it is direct shares and not indirect via MUST shares

Personally, I am very happy our arrangement with MUST looks to be coming to an end

The volume demand is not there yet ... but looking at the massive VRFB gear up in China (sure to be followed world-wide), then just like ATM where a dozen or so big players are beating a path to do a JV expansion, expect similar for (say) Mokopane

It seems fashionable to bash FM, and there is plenty of material evident given chat Craig has done (with real mining operations experience) so quickly, but let us not forget that FM's strategy was multiple self-sustaining and exponentially growing revenue streams to damp out the Vanadium price link... Belco and Rental were two of them

Given we should expect CC to get costs under control and operations smooth, I am far less worried about margin to any given Vanadium Price - it is the extra value added streams that will damp that out in years to come (and pay hansom dividends)

I always harbours a hope that decent FCF was being made and any return might have been wholly or partly distributed as a special divi - a great big market flag: getting rid of coal and paying a return, but I rather fear that seems unlikely in present times
