Maybe you should consider the bigger picture .... the cash from the placing provides all the working capital and capex for the next year pretty much ... the same of Cellcube and Lemur (for whatever they get) will go a long way to covering the first tranche repayment in Feb 25
Is there now (on final signature) a de-risk on vanadium pricing. After all, the ney says who say 'why cant it fall further;' are right .. but also wrong as there is no way Largo will keep pi55ing $12-$15 a quarter of loss away on a low life mine. If they halt then 7%+ of 'western' production disappears .. hard to see pricing dropping then.
It is not that there are not challenges and risks... but to survive Craig had to lower costs, fix the operational stability lean off the non-core bleeding, and increase production ... all pretty evident. With the astute deals and simpler structure the investments and sales give 12-15moths (arguably) of breathing space for Vanadium to recover .. and it does not need to go up much for a net profit to be made
But hey... you carry on pretending to be Starmer and saying 'no no no' all while offering absolutely no alternate. If you think it is all doomed why are you hear
