We should see 2-3p as base minimum (if there is no placement, I don’t expect one)

If TK funding is successful then we dont need placement. We should have SP appreciation to trigger warrants at 1.6p and 2.4p… even if there is a small placement we will a lot higher in regard to the share price.. impact will be minimal.

Yes correct modifications to achieve a share price appreciation along with finance delivery. I was one of the shareholders to raise - and conveyed my disappointment on what I felt as a "cash grab" at the earliest opportunity by the BOD/HAA.

If Dec-21 date for cash bonus was extended, was it RNSed? If the extension was not RNSed - I will be seeking clarification from NOMAD and KEFI BOD on the reason for not calling it out. Sneaky buggers.. :) Can't deliver but extend the timings.. I personally don't accept it.

One of the cash bonus for hitting timelines is no longer valid... HAA had to deliver Tk funding by 31-Dec-21, with 3p minimum share price.. I don't think any of the cash bonus is valid any more. I will be furious if it is still valid after years of delay.

Simms - those cash bonus was for Dec-2021, not 2022... If it was for Dec-22, HAA would have delivered to grab the cash bonus. Forget the 3p for now (nothing for HAA on that front) Time for HAA to deliver the TK funding.. Higher SP is required for triggering the warrants..

Rob - if HAA gets the TK funding sorted, yes he can have his knighthood and retire actually. :)

FJones - edison report?? I don’t care about what edison report says. I prefer RNS. TK funding to be sorted by end of December. HAA failed. Why people can’t digest the simple fact. Let me repeat, HAA failed. Lets see what next week brings.

Rob - have already emailed to kefi/HAA my frustration and how incompetent HAA comes across by these delays.. I am not sure HAA gets any cash rewards this time.

Cash rewards-Last time many shareholders wrote to kefi and they eventually tweaked the announcement. Can’t remember exactly what the change kefi made

Rob - cash bonus scheme was last year I believe. Definitely not this year. HAA tried to grab that cash :)

Typical BB rumours of lining up news to have major impact on share price. Most often the reality is “no news”…

To avoid the guessing game, Kefi and HAA has a duty to update the market with latest status.

In regard waiting until Jan for releasing news.. thats again BS. Kefi cannot or doesn’t have the authority to decide. If its market sensitive info then it must released irrespective of share price impact.

My personal opinion, I don’t think the timing of RNS matters.. SP will eventually reflect the reality. GL

Smellyben, Simms, where did you get the information that we are waiting for final govt sign off? Or this will be sorted by 1st week of Jan.

Last RNS stated that TK funding will be sorted by end of December.

If things changes then its time for kefi and HAA to inform the market about the same. No one is asking kefi to throw the toys out of the pram.

Kefi and HAA chose to update TW but doesn’t see the need to update the shareholders who pays for his salary and the expenses.. :)

HAA talked about TK finance closure unless there is a "Black swan" event.... haven't heard of any in the recent times.. as confident as HAA can be in interviews.. or these were BS..

IG - Vast isn't even worth £4m market cap... Actually you should have sold your stake at 0.27.. you must be close to nursing 50% loss..

IG - I am sure AP is very very relaxed about debt and refinancing... he fleeced millions from vast shareholders.. why should AP worry about anything? It is the current shareholders who should be worried..

HAA had more time to deliver TK finance... but dragged his feet many times.. Some are outside of his control including the war, state of emergencies, security issues etc but many were within his control. Failed again and again over the last 5 years.. Was it last year he lined up cash bonus package on TK funding? and failed.. Probably it is time for HAA to vacate the place and move one?
