Robbieshare, TW had been speaking with HAA for the last 3 years. HAA has been feeding the same BS to TW. I hope HAA delivers on or before 31-Dec-22, without another placement that is. GL

Patience? Have enough… ask HAA probably knows me by now on the number questions i have asked during Q&A session/webcasts. Reasonably sure i have been holding kefi for longer you have. So dont come here and pretend as if you are some kind of Warren buffet! :)

SB - over the last 7-8 years, fully aware of the risks/rewards, complexities and the inflation factors. Come the end of December no more excuses acceptable if he doesn’t deliver. If the deal is outside of HAA’s control, then he should state that in the RNS without an end date or provide an estimated date and update the status periodically. I am easy with that approach. What is not acceptable is kicking the can down which HAA has done many times. Lets see what HAA delivers come the end of the year.

Donkey - I am not saying TK funding will collapse... even if did, I am personally not concerned.. yes, it will have a short term negative impact... we could recover easily with SA assets... But HAA needs to communicate more openly and clearly... rather than the same old BS.

This year alone... how many times the can had been kicked by HAA? Surely everyone was expecting TK finance to be sorted by 31-Oct-22; HAA then confirmed it was delayed until 15-Nov-22.. and then by 31-Dec-22. Surely he knew about this issue prior to 31-Oct, if so why not communicate the true timing to the market. If HAA is not capable of doing it, then why be in the job? Genuine question.. deliver or move on...

Even if TK finance is not sorted and Ethiopia is no-goer (not saying that is the case.....) Personally for me is not an issue, have to hold a bit longer.. but we have more than to cover through SA assets...

chasf - yes ridiculous..... equally ridiculous for nearly 5 years to get the funding sorted... agree on all the state of emergency, war and the rest... but come on.....

even if there are issues - the security arrangements we have today should cover certain elements.... so we are not 100% exposed to the risks.... If the funding is delayed because of worsening security situation, which is a material news - we may have seen it RNSed... If it is not, it is safe to assume it is unlikely to affect KEFI and its operations...

Personally I am not concerned about security situation... it is all about, HAA delivering the funding as he promised... no placements.. agreement signed by 31-Dec-22... draw down in Jan-23.

complex funding package - yes agreed... but had more than enough time after the State of Emergency and the war.. high time, HAA delivers...

BP had same issues.... AP spent millions in de-watering costs :) and still couldn't get BP into proper profit generating mine that he promised everyone.... after 5 years at the helm... it doesn't matter how many resources you have, if you don't know how to use it..

what do you think VAST will after bidding for remin? BP was a massive resource, $100m based on AP valuation.. vast current MC, less than 5m.. you couldn't do much with BP, I expect the same outcome....

share price stuck between 0.8 - 0.9p; is there an underlying reason behind it? I hope there is no placement + TK funding; that wouldn't be ideal and definitely not what HAA had communicated... fingers crossed for TK funding delivery in the next 4 weeks..
