Simms, your statement below is BS. Harry hasn’t delivered on his promise over the last 9 months. He failed to close the finance by Dec-22. Updated the market late. He has made huge progress for sure, I wouldn’t call any where close to delivery, not yet anyway. Kefi has huge potential but your backing of HAA is nonsense.

Pat - TK funding is not yet signed off but we are closer than ever before.. share price will eventually reflect TK value.. bit more patience.. GL

Many don’t understand about financing and hence message like the one below. Funding is not sorted yet. Umbrella agreement is signed. There are 2 more steps, CP and EGM for share holders approvals. EGM likely to be in Jun-23. Thats when the funding will be truly sorted. Thats when I expect the share price to be above 1.6p or 2p or more. Funding draw down will help ths share price further. Hope this helps. Any dips here is an opportunity to buy further.

Bottom line is we have made progress towards funding. 2 more steps to go before we start to reap the rewards. :)

at current gold price of $2030 / oz, who thinks that this finance deal about to fail? probably the best situation or position that kefi had been in the last 8 years...

- Progress in TK funding / construction
- Multiple SA assets..
- SA dual listing..
- Improved Ethiopia security situation
- Higher Gold price..

lets get the 1st one, TK funding out of the way and we will see some of the valuation for SA assets and improved NAV for TK will come in to play.. GLA

simple - I will go with $20000 / ct type diamonds... but I am disappointed that it is only $20000 / ct; could have been better with $200k / ct, which would have helped clear all the debts and pay AP for another 20 years.. :)

What a joke steward!! From 50m shares in issue to 3b shares.. you are calling it a last placement.. only time this would be a last placement, when vast goes bust or insolvent. Very easy to predict AP and his placement patterns..

Told this before, we will have a placement before any diamond news… AP at his best.. swift and fast with arranging the court hearing; followed by placement.. kept the shareholders in the dark and various speculation; followed by 2nd placement.. how much does diamond bring in? No answer, AP doesn’t care… swift action on placement.. :)

Presentation states Q2-Q3 for financing. Q4 for construction. But HAA in la la land states something else, which he has never achieved before. Can’t trust HAA.

when this lot need a placement - they release news in order... diamonds had been hanging in the air for a long time..
