Can someone please answer if you have done your research on vast?

- when was the last time VAST or AP requested head room?

- what was the requested head room for?

- did vast actual do a placement, if yes - when?

- how many head room requests did vast/AP make since becoming CEO?

Yes no placing tomorrow.. why everyone is scared :)

Current share price 0.45p… when the resolutions are approved, usually AP does a very swift placement. Its not if, but when the placement happens what price.. loss making business… sorry not even business, but a lifestyle company? :) current market cap is not worth it based on past performance.. GL

Sandy - what is vast worth today? Whatever value you put, can you please reduce it by 90% for AP’s incompetency? :)

BOD are scared of coming to London to face the shareholders... 1.6p and 2.4p warrants were outlined in the last placements for further funding. Additionally funding before achieving anything is not what shareholders want. Fantastic timing from RAB (potential insider dealing?).. add all this, HAA is hiding in Cyprus?

Bishop - i simply don’t care about HAA and his lifestyle. Hasn’t delivered TK foe this long. Knows how to string people along..

Simms - HAA has spouting BS. If he is ready with TK funding he would have combined the current resolutions with this approval in 1 go. HAA’s BS has gone too far.

Why HAA can't be trusted to deliver?

previous communication when the last placement happened with warrants at 1.6p and 2.4p; no further funds required - warrants will offer further funds, until TK finance is sorted and funds becomes available. This is the 3rd time a placement is made with the carrot of "TK finance closure".

Staresnstoff - RAB may have taken part in the recent placement after selling part of their holding. We will not know until later. RAB still holds 3.5% of kefi shares..

Bear - is that all you have got? I am not happy with the situation.. RAB selling - raised a FCA complaint.. written to KEFI and HAA about his shambles so far... will show my dissatisfaction to HAA (face to face) when he is in London next and will vote down anything I see fit in AGM resolution.. even if it means KEFI goes bust... :)

Share price dropped from 1p to 0.65p due to HAA's placement at 0.7p... RAB sold from 1.1p few weeks ago, people who knew of kefi's placement probably shorted the stock and selling below the placement.. would have been in gain both ways. So it is not weak holders, but driven by HAA's actions.

HAA hasn't delivered the TK funding yet.. how many times he has raised so far in the last 3 years - dangling the carrot of "how close we are to closing the TK funding"? and HAA hasn't delivered it yet. If he doesn't get everything lined up and GM resolution for shareholders approval by 30-Jun-23, HAA can go.

Bear - HAA need to deliver TK funding, which he hasn’t. Why would anyone approve another placement? I have no doubt in the assets. Poor leadership is costing shareholders.
