“AP always delivers” - well, AP has delivered placements every single month. One thing he has delivered on time.

Finance - where is AP and VAST on this. If AP doesn’t deliver finance next week, it is time to move on. BS master had enough time and has failed miserably so far. He is a good deal maker but NOT a ceo material.

Diamond - well can wait not a problem. Not my priority and if it doesn’t happen for any reason it doesn’t bother me.

Only time rampers come on LSE is just before placements or just before AP begs for headroom or to approve any resolution.

If AP is a decent person, he would go or wait to be pushed aside.

AP results - 80% reduction in share price that’s all one has to see.

People are willing to stop moaning but instead take action against an incompetent CEO.

isas - I am getting reasonable support for rejecting any headroom request.. :) People have been in touch with me via email.. Certainly many are not happy and want to make "VAST BOD" accountable.

Dodge - I will give it to AP for the 1st 6 months! :) His failure started with Merc 2 and hence last 12 months.

Billb - correct. Instead of moan, moan and moan, we can take one action. If AP doesn’t deliver, we can push him aside - will you support it, IF he doesn’t deliver finance by end of Aug-19?

People who had been involved with VAST BoD and people who had been ramping vast for the last 2 years should be “even more careful”.

AP should be even, even more careful.. for all his wonderful and rosy podcasts, emails to PIs - all counts.... :)

Idmor - All of AP’s podcasts, interviews, presentations had some following, until it was called as “BS”... New forms of communication was telegram and then twitter, which is why many don’t believe what one sees in these forums.

AP’s position would be untenable if no finance by end of Aug.. :)

Dodge - understand your views.. serious concerns from shareholders regarding delivery. Sure some will support AP, I am sure there is reasonable support brewing if finance doesn’t happen.

Anyone think AP is a decent guy? If he is, he would step aside without delivery. If he is not, all the more to push him if he doesn’t deliver.

Let’s wait and see :)

Idmor - agree on Roy Tucker.. in my view, Shareholders had given enough time to AP and it’s time to deliver or move aside or wait to be pushed.

Idmor, I cannot control both and hence leave it to karma.. I have known CEO of a company in which I was invested was found out for fraud and was put out behind bars. For 1 minute, I am not talking vast in the same respect but all I am saying is I am not going after these bad boys - most often they will dig their own pit.

Idmor, Live in the present - that’s why I had been asking for update and asking AP to move or leave, if AP cannot close finance by end of Aug-19..

Past performance reminds how AP and his crews can screw people. Cannot trust these guys who haven’t delivered much vs promises made

“SP tanked- i think funding was the key and there was no sight of funding at that time”. - we haven’t sorted finance yet. No reason believe anything different unless RNSed.
