Morning Phil. Sorry I meant short-term impact on SP. Longer term it will because it should feed through to the bottom line by increasing demand for DKL's produce and giving it a competitive advantage. The company need to capitalise on it of course and they have already claimed it would lead to premium pricing.
I will raise one flag now and tbf they have already alluded to it in that Covid may hamper the timelines. I know they have to give a timeline but for example we have had slippage on the Cashew Mill already and you don't want this to be habitual.

Morning hereandnow. I don't expect the SP to go up much as general investors don't understand the import of this. But once achieved I think it will certainly aid pricing and demand as supermarkets etc place a social premium on ethical supply.
I applaud the Company's choice of Partner in this. An excellent example of one facet of the business that the Board do very well indeed. Excellent!

Dressing everything up as significant without any specifics. Just anecdotal reports of whatever initiative they wanto peddle. If this goes up any more from 1.15 it once again becomes the best short on AIM. But we shall see....

A very divisive issue j/k as seen by the posts here today. As always though we are united in ultimate belief in the company and that the SP is undervalued. No harm in expressing criticism here of course as this BB is for free comment and not meant to be an echo chamber. The positions on both sides are entrenched and unlikely to change but it is good to air views so at least the Board can know how divisive the issue is and perhaps carefully weigh up the pros expressed here and the cons also aired here when deciding to issued shares.

Good evening Rugs, Both are categorical sells. You know they were from yesterday right as I made a similar error last week thinking they were delayed from the same day. By the timings they can only be sells. However DKL is plagued by cancelled trades so maybe both will be hooked tomorrow.

Hhaha fair play Martyn maybe it is accurate. You deserve to make money out of this share and prove me wrong. At some point just post something slightly negative on the share or question an aspect and you will trigger Dodgy and Dribbly. I am actually sorry for posters and readers here the level that the board has descended too. I like discussing the SP trajectory, Noel his past experience here but Dodgy and Dribbly dont want alternative views nor discussion of the share itself.

and those trades at .98p are in fact buys. Hard to tell currently even for me where the SP is going. I expect 1p will prove resistance at least for a while but any sales will send it back to .9/1p bid/ask. We have seen many times with FLX spikes for no reason and then a retrace to whence it came or lower. I will keep a watchful eye to see if I can discern some direction.

I think it must be part of his homo-erotic fantasies Noel as in rub hard when he imagines how posters spend their days. All those who say posters are missing out on the rise and questioning how you feel about it are pretty quiet when it is falling. That below bid 6.5k sale has skittled the share.

Directors are not actually aligned with shareholders Hereandnow as they have one third standstill options awarded at 2.45p to be cashed within 10 years or not to incentivise them. Unless you have access to these I would consider you and I unaligned. at least in this matter. I agree with DB who said they could take their salary and buy in the market which once again would truly align the director with me because that is how I operate my PF.

I dont mean the above to be a personal attack on you as you are a stalwart and a very good supporter of DKL and aligned with me to where you want the SP to be. And your view is the company view so yours will prevail. I just wish they would hit the pause button or else transfer their method of extraction of you know what employing in issuing shares in lieu to extraction of CPO as our extraction rate would shoot up from 22.45% to 100%!!!

Good afternoon DB I am afraid it is hardwired in their DNA and they even refer to "being pleased about it" in the RNS. It has been raised a few times at successive AGM's but fell on such stony ground you wouldn't get a duscarded cashew nut out of it not to mind a FFB. I have a good mind to send 50 bottles of my finest tap water to the next AGM to thank them for the dilution/statement of ahem... confidence.

but the only trade of the day so far. Buyers paying full ask even for large amounts is hopefully a good sign.
