Very fair points sj! I wouldn't mind SHOE taking baby steps towards 100p but it seems one step forward and two backwards at time. Your argument is endorsed by the mini SP revival we are seeing now so hopefully ???? you will be proved right. Getting SHOE right demands a polished performance by investors but anyone swooping at these levels is certainly not out of the step with value investing. I am on the sidelines still but I guess I better shake a leg before the SHOE sp runs away with itself. Watching brief.

So the SP has dropped a few sizes clearly and those who said £1 per share have been firmly put back in their box.. Not a good time for the SP to be a bit leg weary when it should be on the front foot coming in the period where school shoes will be bought. I had high hopes that the pair recently joined would be as tough as old boots on the SP but so far they haven't shown themselves fit to lace the boots of those gone before. It is too early to tell them jog on but if this SP weakness continues I can see some investors putting their feet down here.

Now onto FLX. Despite the large for FLX buys the SP iS weak. I suppose the Mm's have shares to burn. When this bottom fishing fizzles out we can see the SP sinking again.

They are prohibited from buying or selling during a close period Roly. I also think they must disclose director dealing as soon as possible and not 3 or four days unless affected by a bank holiday weekend.. I believe they cannot work with an institution if it afforded inside information during a closed period.

Steven where did you see director off loading? I only see share options being granted and a Canadian company taking a hand here at 5%.

999p now they are asking per share. It would be a crime not to buy more and those that are wavering about investing should do time as a lesson to them.
I think 1000 valuation is pretty rich but richly deserved. Company is expanding at a rate of knots and has had strong momentum from its lows. Indeed I sold 20% at around 500p or 600p as a hedge. I still think WOSG has further to go.

Apparently not it seems as surely there would have been an RNS. A buy and a sell this morning so far and this is still sub 1p in reality. Fwiw I am expecting another fall here in the short- term as news is out and no updates I would assume.

Makesca paper offer to TPG even more attractive. It has increased its stake in TPG today so clearly it is not just going to be a passive investor to TPG's resistance.

Me too Den but I won't be averaging down again until/if it reaches 150p. I agree with the company there is a good pipeline in the next 12 to 24 months. I think.my average is 214p so down 10% already. The speed at which this has fallen from 246p is worrying.

Stuff and nonsense though of course you have a right to your opinion. The early redemption was most likely the loan provider's clause and not FLX. They probably need 1 million quid to last six months so maybe they have 1.5 million for a purchase. OK so what profit per annum would a company worth 1.5 million be making? 200k of you are lucky. If it was making 400k just wait 4 years and you have more money even if it stands still. So less than 20k per month to FLX's bottom line for a company that burns 126k per month.

Thanks to the 4% drop yesterday and the fact it goes ex divi tomorrow so I can reinvest my divis. The substantial director buys are starting to fade and now we are well off our highs of June 21. Huge buying opportunity and in fact tomorrow it could fall more than the divi as the mm's take advantage. Strong buy!

To be fair to Roly, Noel he has summarised the share and added his analysis. The gruesome two only pop up to talk about Muppets etc. Not a single comment between them on today's update. I suspect they have taken a loss here which of course runs contrary to the nonsense they spout here.

Roly, I welcome your opinions and posts here as well as most others- the exception being the board policemen dodgy and dribble who want only their view reflected. This is a weakly struggling company though. Cash at 1/10/20 was 1.3 million. Cash at at 31.3.21. 55m. So 760k burned through in six months or 126k a month. 5 months later at that Cash burn rate they are broke. Weasily they try to spin the loan they magiced up recently as the same one they mooted in February. It is not as that was a CBIl loan so why dress it up as such?? They were is discussions about a CBIl loan so what was the outcome? Shhhhhh!
Your projections are interesting Roly. 6.4m revenue in the next update? We shall see! I see sellers are moving in as I predicted. You know what it coming folks!

Is back in favour. I got a lovely rise today. Hard to swallow but this is one of the best prospects around. Who can say no to HEAD anyway? Can we go on a run to 600p or expect a pullback? I think you have to grab the opportunity of HEAD with both hands but noobs could always suck it and see I suppose. You can always withdraw and hold your head up high. But having personally got in at a much lower level I am positively creaming myself at the action here.
