But not as we know it after JIM was sold down below 250p the placing price. I think it fell to 242p which was the final frontier for the trading low. I am absolutely beaming at the new price.. Everyone should have space for JIM in its PF but I would be wary of adding after it rocketed recently.

Which even if it isn't as step-change is a large leap forward for SHOE. The new directors seem to have found their feet already. The SP has gone on a bit of a run tbf though the challenging environment has put the company through its paces. Can it hold above 70p which would be the next leg of an upward journey? Tbh I haven't a Jimmy Choo myself but at least currently SHOE appears to be up and running.

Unless they sneak it out after the market closes. Or at lunchtime when they could hope most investors are down the pub.

Morning Sterraman et al. Since ZEUS took over as SOLE broker and nominated adviser SHOE has taken a step backwards it seems. September and the return of schooldays might give Shoe ?? some legs. There was talk on here of 100p on here and though it hit 80p on the ask it about 33% lower than the TP. Might be worth dipping a toe in at these levels in case the SP runs away with itsel in September. I am sure foot fetishists will want to keep their hand in here but tempting though it is there might be better p-laces elsewhere for investors like me who are footloose about an investment here.

Good job I sold last week:p. I was pruning underperformers to consolidate holdings and DIAL was certainly one. There is a return to underlying gross profit and substantial cutting of debt though it looks high to me still. Some red flags remain in terms of currency and supply. Quite a few changes at directorate level which may work or not of course. A nwar 2.2% rise which I expect will wane during the morning. A ray of light nonetheless this morning for holders who cling to the belief that DIAL will yet have its day in the sun
