Great post jk and I agree completely with your analysis and theory on the sellers. I have a feeling we will threaten 14p as it shouldn't be a resistance point. Buyers are already paying 13.85p. Our two sellers are weighing on the SP to a large extent which is why it feels we are wading through concrete. Sadly though the board is served to issuing shares for services as they see it as a vote of confidence in the company. They are aware of our views as Rugs has affirmed they just dont share them.

Hi cat. Don't share buybacks enhance the EPS rather than increase the SP? Of course more attractive EPS may lead to an increase in the SP but not inevitably. Secondly the company claim not to know who the persistent as per the agm q and a sessions and there may well be a shy declarer in DKl so how would you match the two? I would like a scrip dividend to get more shares without dealing charges at this low price and sometimes ridiculous spread. Though the latter is vastly improved these days!

Thought so. There has been sustained buying since at 13.75p so a move to 14p was all but inevitable. I don't think 14p is a resistance so it will be interesting to see how long it holds. The persistent seller however may see it as a further trigger for sales so we are at an inflection point before next resistance of 15p.

Agree on the latter Knigel but the indian investor will presumably not want to be locked in to a minority stake forever. There will be a point if the SP is not approaching 40p then he will have to bid if he wants control. We are back above 25p already so investors will want north of 30p. The supply deal should boost the bottom line to make up for the divi cut which should help the SP recover in its own right. Not over night agreed but definitely over time.

Seems to be slipping and rather than risking it going below 400p I thought I would cash in on the recent strong rise. Will keep on my watchlist for a buy back in opportunity but happy to take profits.

Knigel you are missing a key point as hopefully the market is. The warrants are nit exercisable until the SP has been at 40p for five days. Plenty of time for investors to sell at that point. And they dont have control even at that point as they have 49.9% v 50.1%. At 29.9% even if they buy .01% of shares they have to make an offer. I dont think it is a brilliant deal but 40p is pretty much nailed on. The divi cut hasnt helped of course.

Could be ready for a move to 14p on the ask. It looks like buying momentum is still with us even if sellers are still about. I expect a rise shortly on the ask.

After latest updates. Should be £30 by now as it continues to be a cash cow. I would welcome a dip as a buyong opportunity A share split might reduce some of the volatility and lack of liquidity.

I expect a jump today as 222p is not really mid price imo. Some buyers should push us up to new highs. Fingers xd

Todays update is not really priced in yet Rugs I feel. Mediclib is a lot farther on than the journal report update and maybe it was the relatively small volume only that pushed us up. I think we can make a new base from here and move up from a 225p ceiling.

And a 50k dump soon after I posted. The 13.44p trade looks more like an outlier unless a largish unreported buy is to come

Are we creeping up? We need bigger buys of course but interesting to see the ask.move up. The drop was due to wider market sentiment with investors in risk-off mode so we should hopefully reclaim the drop in calmer seas. The french election might cause more jitters of course especially for euro denominated stocks but I would expect only marginal impact if any on DKL.

It is very interesting to me that the MM's quote a bid of 12.75p when the lowest trade has been 13.13p. Especially as it is a key support level. Have we reached the point where buyers flood back in? the real spread is I assume 13.13/13.25 although the bid could be sub 13p. Will we see some buying this afternoon ahead of the vreak?

Definitely see-sawing on alternate days. A good recovery yesterday drove the ask up to 14p. Now we have persistent sellers driving the bid down to 13p. A definite inflection point here where 13.75p is the ceiling and 13p hopefully the floor. A close above 13p is key to watch out for. I find it interesting that the tight spread never lasts long. Like snowflakes.This maintains even when the share is relatively liquid like it has been in the past week.

100k at 13.5p buy is enough to move the needle. No buys yet at 14p so real spread is probably 13.5p/13.75p but encouraging to see a strong rise after being pummled yesterday to drop below 13p bid

Must be a large unreported buy to come. I can't see a jump from13p to 14p with low reported volume without a substantial reason. The good news is unless dumper dude sells into strength that we should finish above 13p bid and therefore look set fair to go on to 15p on the ask which is the next major resistance.

to break key resistance of 13p I feel. Looking for an ask of 13.25p shortly. Tight spreads rarely last with DKL which is fairly illiquid so I expect a move up this afternoon.

Evening Hermann! Sadly I suspect that after hours buy will be cancelled ( The curse of DKL) or else is just a delyaed reported trade from about 1pm today. Although pretty small beer it may be large enough to be delayed in its reporting. Anyway we will see at the opening bell tomorrow if the ask jumps to 13.25p then it certainly was a late trade. if not I feel it is just a late declaration of an earlier trade. A close above 13p on the bid is essential for us to make headway.

Rugs pressed for answers to this RNS quandary at the AGM and the response was having consulted with their Nomad that the company were not responsible for the declarations of a private individual. The answer therefore Total is there should be a declaration when a holder moves through 1% when the holding is above 3% but the responsibility and legal obligations lie with the individual. One would hope Biopalm would observe the rule. Siva who owns Biopalm went bankrupt in 2014 but bought himself out of bankruptcy has had quite a chequered career.himself. I also remember that at the AGM the board said that there three separate institutions involved in investing in DKL. So far only Miton have declared AFAIK. It could be Miton associates but this doesn't tie in with the AGM statement that there were three separate funds.. Miton may have got their shares from Nabuke whose investment was announced. People who follow DKLcloser than I do might be able to say if the Nabuke reduction in holding was ever RNS;d? It is quite a web and we are fortunate to have Rugs on board here who is forensic about these holdings.

of 13p shows how heavily the seller or sellers are weighing on DKL. We have had a lot of new holders come on board and some will have been caught on the initial spike yessterday. I was expecting a slight rise today on further consideration of yesterday's production figures. However, I hadn't considered that there would be exiteers who want out at any price.
