results I have to say. A lot of detail missing (some for understandable reasons). The divi is as was signposted. It should be put in perspective though that there is 750,000 euros per annum going out of the company in fees to various directors.I am baffled as to why you would need to pay 254,000 euros for renting lorries to the mill and a logistics centre in a country with an exceedinly low cost base. Interestingly there is a loan of up to 223,000 euros at 6% pa to finance the leasing of vehicles. The Friday before the recent Midas Tip we had a very large purchase and an unexplained rise yesterday before these results we had a 5.7% drop unexplained on the reported trading. Might be a coincidence of course but if not exceedingly naughty. Over 12% value wiped off in two days. I said at the AGM last year there is work for the board to do. That remains the case more than ever. There are some welcome items as always. The back up boiler which was floated on here, the RSPO certification. the expansion of the nurseries and the focus on ramping up production. The latter is key for me and has been a disappointing aspect of performance, no matter how the company dress it up with dubious comparatives to last year. More grip is definitely need it as evn Biopalm ( Dumper Dude MARK 2) is sitting on a paper loss since the the inception of their shareholding. Disappointing!

Afternoon j/k. You are most likely right! The sellers is in my opinion holding us back from 20p on the ask. We were at that price at one stage much before consolidation when this was a riskier, more debt laden, less diverse, less profitable organisation. Also we were dependent on the SP for capital growth but now we should be on the cusp of being an income share given the proposed dividend. We have had decent news, tips, potive updates etc so I can only think this large seller is weighing on the shares. Even the clarity on funding and debt rescheduling hasn't removed the monkey from our back.

Thanks Total New I don't have any evidence myself for my opinions and with the share being illiquid (though Lincoln Mooore said it is not at the agm I remember) it is certainly vulnerable to large buys or sells. Today's drop is large, unexpected and out of kilter with reported trades. It also imo goes against the momentum which Cat and I sensed was happening last week. And we fell through a support level of 14p very quickly. It certainly doesn't add up to me but we shall learn more at close of play today when any delayed publication of share trades will show up.

Any substance at all for a 20% rise from here when it is struggling to get top £1.30 as you said yourself? Your reply will be even more helpful if you could actually discuss the share.

Not sure that his trade has been reported or Dumper Dude Mark 2 which is Biopalm Rugs. The reported trades don't warrant a 5% drop in the SP. Total New won't agree but it could be the MM'S triggering somr stop losses or creating the illusion of movement in order to stimulate trades.There has only been 8000 shares traded at less than 13.75 so the SP is a joke. Unless there is some more unrest in the IC there is something afoot for sure.

but that is five sells in a row. Prior to those big sells we had almost uniformly buys at near full ask. The last sale was 14.31 which is slightly down from Rug's 14.38 and to me an indication of some slight weakness. Ther'e our trading range right there 1425/14.75p with huge push-pull factors at play.

Wouldn't the brokers have to declare unless they have under 3% each? I will bring that to the agm if I am around. Yes we are oddly holding up in our SP which may mean a large buy is being worked rather than the sale we suspected. Much smaller buys/sells have moved the needle so it is distinctly odd, Of course it might be a tipping point where a few fall sells give the MM's an opportunity to shake the tree.

I see the expectation has gone from £1.60 to £1.40 already. More figures plucked from the air without substance. That said, I am surprised to see this rally so strongly to 127p so it is well done to people who called the bottom at 108p.

That has got to be Mr Amon or Biopalm Rugs I would have thought. If it's Biopalm it barely dents the surface of their holding which underlines j/k's point about the folly of issuing shares. It would be great if Miton would take them on for 13.2 p which gives them a cushion and for us PI;s an orderly transfer of shares. Might be Mr Amon although the merest supposition that he is a seller has had short shrift from Lincoln whenever floated, I expect we will see a tick down tomorrow with that kind of sale meaning the MM;s have shares to burn.

Never advised to sell unlike your blatant attempts at ramping. I just said that using a stop loss is wise. You are still unable to discuss the share apart from copying and pasting articles. Clueless!

It looks as if we have a Dumper Dude midweek outing. Small sells are only getting 14.38 and despite a lot of buys at 14.7 the ask is squeezed down to 14.69p. It doesn't tally with the reported trades so a large sell must have been executed and will show up later. It was ever thus.

And you have stopped ramping about £1.60 today tomorrow by weekend etc. Win/win. Or at least i think you have.

Today's RNS confirms what I suspected. The CEO has obviously been working flat out on this. We need to hear revenue deals and not more licensing imo.
