581p now so I think we have soundly bounced off the bottom. Might have another wave of selling but this 12% fall is still overdone. . I think closer to 600p is fair.

Good call by HSBC. I am very disappointed by the update today. There should be a claw back of the fall to a limted extent as the market always over-reacts. It hinges on how safe the divi is really as the tield is really juicy now. I am not sure whether to average down or sell up Once this settles it will definitely get back to 600p imo. But awful, awful update.

Good question Phil. It would be great to think they would be held back for the purpose of a sonic announcement around Norpalm or the q3 production figures. But as you say Phil they are often late. I hope the production issues have been sorted and the key here is accelerating towards full production.

Dibs has researched it thechukkers and timed his entry well. Whether the sale proves timely remains to be seen but has already drifted down as you can see. I too have researched the company to a limited extent and have hopefully seen off that oaf t-fish and mr potty mouth. Day to day movements matter when they become a trend and it is too early to say wheter this is the start of a drift down. We can say a few things for ertain though. FLX has been here before and drifted down. And the rise to date has been short-lived. the rest will out over time.

Looks another good call Dibs as it is falling slightly. The lack of progress in the SP should be the flashing amber light here for potential investors. After all it has declared it is on the path to breakeven. It should have cleared the decks but doubt still hangs over this one like a cloud. I will watch with interest to see if we get more drift down.

I am sure I read that the North east is doing well buidling wise so we may be in that awful expression sweet spot. The only caveat is I would remind people that a bad winter knocked this one a few years ago. I was lucky enough to call the bottomof this one at 40p so am enjoying the ride up.

Cat you are correct I think nut my money is DKL not announcing anything. After all the board had to b prompted on what they would do with the shares they buy back. It wasm;t mentioned in the resolution! I expect radio silence. For balance I would say they do do quarterly production updates with sometimes shifty I mean shifting timescales. I also note to be fair that companies are moving away from quarterly updates as it is harmful to the SP and skews trading in shares FWIW.

Ok Onaeandonly1. Fair play for keeping the faith. It's needs an 800% rise before I have to say I got it wrong. 1.42 billion shares in issue is quite something. Only 11 weeks to go before we hear about the latest trail they are conducting. That is if they can break their ingrained habit of missing deadlines. So the placing is over, let's see what happens next. I am still loving how it got to .16p just before the placing was announced and strangely ahs been nowhere near that level since.

It isn hard to disaggregrate the share from the wider market which if my PF is anything to go by is laos being hammered. However the more it sinks the higher the yield is. An SP incraese as we head to teh interims would be very welcome as we know they will exceed expectations and therefore I am expecting an increase to teh SP on their announcement.

Although I have admitted that yesterday's update was good, the fact that the SP has not raced away is testimony to the fact that this a binary play. What I mean is if the recovery was well and truly underway this would be a lot higher now. A lot to be proved yet with this un.

I am honestly shocked to see BDEV getting plastered in the market. I hit the roof when I opened my PF and saw the subsidence in the SP. I do see it as a window of opportunity now after initially getting a land at the share price. I am sure that thoughts that this drop this morning is not unwarranted have no foundations whatsoever. Sellere will be bricking themelves when they see an intra-day recovery.

Ladhi they are committed to a special divi for 2017 AND 2018 . Beyond that it will depend on Help to Buy in my opinion. They may go for it in 2019 and 2020 as I doubt HTB will end by then. I do sense the housing market is starting to sour but with Barrett's Landbank and leading market position it may have some insulation, particularly near-term. Sparkling results today and I would say it is down due to the market in general being soggy rather any issues with BDEV' foundations.
