£27 breached today a few times before retracing. Still very good momentum in and around £27 so a hold over that and we are in a new trading range in the run up to results.

Superb update today beating even my expectations. I am sure income hungry investors will be scrambling to get in the queue for this one. A more than 50% increase on the Q3 growth in 2016 and key LFL sales up too. Glad I held on as even the sell on the news brigade can't impact this so far. I did have a 313 target for this but think on today's cracking update showing strong trading that we can get to £14. The announcement of a return of Capital via a special divi will also have investors salivating.

Good morning Cat. Excellent post as always and sums it up much better than I ever could. 100% in agreement with your sentiments. I am pretty sure even before Biopalm incidentally that there a director stated there were 3 funds invested of which only Miton were named. You would really think that St Brides their media and investor relations company would do something about Biopalm. I am not sure what the hell they do for their fees. You would also expect that if the board have any respect for shareholders they would as they promised at the AGM and that is rectify the Biopalm error. I haven't read about an outbreak of collective amnesia so I am sure the board will do as they said they would. I wonder whether the AGM attendee even got his copy of the accounts as they are required to do so BY LAW.

Evening Dale. Strangely for such a well-known brand and highly performing and cash generative share there isn't much activity on this board. There is a mention of Gregg's in the telegraph today saying its diversified menu and store expansion have proved a hit in the first half figures and Greggs will be seeking to maintain momentum. I would say input costs are a threat as well the ubiquitous LFL sales maintaining momentum or not. Interestingly the piece talks about the future expansion moving away from the traditional model with salad, coffee and breakfast options selling like hot cakes and possible hospital and home delivery options. The latter would allay some fears around saturation I guess. Like you I only have a modest holding here but have done well in percentage terms. I will scour the update to see if I should sell on the news. I do think it is worth £13 but it might retrace tomorrow after such a strong run.

Evening j/k and Blue. I am usually way off the mark here but I rule out stocking up on the way down etc simply because you would be able to match the trades to some degree. There simply hasn't been equivalent trades on DKL. Some of the largest trades are attributable to posters here who would not have a motive to dump from what I gather from their postings. I say it is a single source for sure due to the regularity and persistent selling at times when the company looks like it is moving forward or seems to be about to launch good news. Today's puff piece and the preceding chunky sale is a prime example of the MO. I can't believe myself there would be a number of disgruntled or forced sellers here who having take a sizeable stake here but all decide to cash in at lower levels without waiting for a rise. Even someone who inherited shares in DKL wouldn't be a seller for so long and in such size. It all points to me that it is some early adopter or founder member who has a disregard for declarations. Clearly they intend to shift their holding at any cost without maximising the return. The other possibility is a fund who haven't declared and we only know about Miton. I find it strange though that a fund has no compliance with declarations. that said Rugs has never been able to make sense of the holdings here among various shareholders so I guess the truth is out there and not here.

Good afternoon sunset. Given the divi certainty and now a cloud that has been hanging over the sector for some time has been removed, I think today's rise is only the beginning of a march to 700p. 3 weeks from a 34p divi which will obviously knock the SP. I don't blame people for cashing in on today's 4% rise but I see 10% upside from here mostly likely without but possibly with the 34p divi.

Now that I think about it DKL has a strong track history of major trades being voided. Rugs and I have raised this with the directors directly. It is strange today's large sale has not impacted the ask. Potentially on the bright side there was a £26 pound sale this afternoon and that might be Dumper Dude hunting down the back of the sofa for the last iof his shares. If only ......

Phil that £27,000 sale was at 10:37am and possibly precedes the puff piece. It has Dumper Dude's fingerprints all over it, though I am surprised he didn't wait for the inevitable buying the puff piece would engender. The SP has held up fairly well and we are still at 12.44p on the ask. Like you say Phil we are certainly hemmed in.

and this has had a really good run up of late. Even after going ex-divi. I suppose some selling is all but inevitable even if the statement is good. However there might also be an indication of whther surplus cash is to be returned to shareholders if we make the target of £40 million free cash. Tough call for me on whether to cash in now or hang on for the results. Nice to see it still rising I must say.

A lot of the volume is down to SCSW write up and not news-driven so it is hard to know what to make of the rise Anyone who bought in at 5.25p and 6p will have done well but this is still not racing away when you consider how far it has fallen. The Trading Update due in a fortnight might be revelatory but I doubt it. I xpect there is astill a lot of hope in this share even if it has gone higher than I expected it would.

Yep fair play Tricky. I too am sticking with this one until we reach fair value.Probably my best chance in 22 years of investing to get into an unloved company that has huge potential. Q3 production figures should be in the next two weeks and we should see some smoothing effects to mitigate seasonality thanks to recent initiatives. I am also confident of a postitive resolution to Norpalm given they have put a deadline on it.

Hi Tricky this was 20p ( 2p on the ask pre- consolidation) when we were far riskier with no meaningful revenue. Added to this we had large debt at premium rates so I think 15p would be underselling yourself. Fair play on your statemnt of faith in the company. I hope you are well rewarded. I do like the MCAP OF 100s of millions mentioned in the latest puff piece. I also welecome the 12 week estimation of Norpalm being resolved as it is becoming a bit of a Sideshow Sven or whatever the Norwegian equivalent of sideshow bob is. Buys are now coming in so I stand by my prediction of this going to 13p on the ask after this latest puff piece,

Tricky it is just the the title of the meeting. I wouldn't count on it living up to its name unless they unveil a100p takeover offer or DKL announce no more paying the milkman with shares in lieu of money :).

Still a bit short fo that level but there has been a strong run up from �23.40 with only small pauses. We went through �25 and �26 quite quickly so it will be interesting to see if the �27 level is a barrier. The interims are out next Tuesday so I suspect a lot of the buying momentum has been caused by some positioning in anticipation of good results.

we ahven't had the full announcment that these wll have further to go. At any rate some of the weakness in the share was caused by the heavy hints that HTB would be abolished. Yesterday's announcement knocks that one on the head and I see 700p coming.

Sad to see the demise of Monarch but Wizz is well positioned to benefit. Wizz could pick up some cheap assets as well as descend on the more profitable routes which was brought down with the rest of Monarch. I had thought these were worth �33. I now make Wizz a �35 share. A 35 rise so far and plenty more to come here.

Ditto Phil. I have been unable to access it either but I only hope it aired before 10am as there have been no reported trades since. It must have been chicken nuggets and not golden nuggets!
