Very strange that the professionals at Ruffer are not hanging around for the imminent break even or immersing themselves in the exciting opportunities of the current sweet spot that is cyber defence. Jeez these Ruffer guys are exiting from strong cash generation. especially when you consider that FLX have positioned the company well against highly attractive market opportunities and that their business model will generate long-term, growing, cash flows to drive shareholder value. Or maybe Ruffer had a deep dive into the results and ran for the exit. I bet they are nursing a helluva loss on this one. Still nothing better than a piece of capital preservation I suppose. 1/10th of a loaf is better than none.

I wonder is he on more than 2000 pounds a week.? His latest purchase of 350k of shares at 5.2p is now worth two grand less within a few days. I like nothing better than directors aligning themselves with shareholders. The death spiral continues with 5p support given way. What price a placing now if one is ever undertaken? 2p? 1p?

Yes Manaan and indeed there have been many such. With no return at all for those who participated. You would expect that a placing would have some news or development attached so that they can get their placing away at a premium price.But unless they have finally got to production stage I can't see who would be investing in this plate-spinning vanity vehicle.

Afternoon j/k. My grapevine is telling me that he is doing some rounds with Institutions and others. I hope some official news or glimmers of hope emerge. Whatever is behind the rise I can safely say it has been the best day for ages. Now if only we can get back above 10p. Or am I being greedy?

Hi j/k. I am sure Lincoln is starting roadshows today to generate some enthusiasm. I honestly don't see anyone tipping DKL as this is now a punt more than anything else. I say that even at these levels. I agree with CAT that Q4 will be nothing special and we still have no idea how the Norpalm deal will be funded nor the effect of the Biopalm lock in expiring in December. There is just not enough visibility to recommend this one. However the buys and quantity of them are welcome relief.

Morning Phil. The 5 day chart is looking even more excting now! I think Lincoln is doing some roadshows so maybe he has stimulated some buying. A puffed up SP. I like the 9.05p on the ask rather than the 9p. Really early days still but a 4.78% rise is certainly not to be sniffed at!

and continues its descent. The rally last week from 1196p was a sucker's rally after a fall. The UK budget may also be weighing on this share as hammond may look for Defence cuts to free up money elsehwere. I am sitting on my hands for now but this falling knife will be very tempting around 1100p.

Morning Obs.What are your own deadlines here/ Do you accept that if there isn't a firm date for production by end of December and an explanation on how it will be funded that this investment is dead in the water? It has been running on fumes for a long time. Or are you prepared to wait until 2018 uor however long it takes unltil someting turns up?

I doubt there will be bad news Dogsy. Perhaps currency movement will flatter the headline figure. This has fallen fast and far since the broker update. But I expect we will claw back some of the losses in the run up to the results as investors position themselves for good news. I can't explain the drop save to say it ran up strongly to 960p and there has been a bout of profit taking.

Yes dactions thanks. I am not negative on this just for the sake of it. I have no skin in the game and am just very sceptical of what the company claims. We will see how it plays out. I think a lot of the buying was spurred by the director buy and the hope that the fall was overdone. Will this buying fizzle out and it start to resume its downward trend or is it really the bottom. The games afoot!

Excellent post Dactions and as robust a defence as you can get of the company. Bravo! It is hard to see how they will get to profitability though from here. An operating loss of one million in H1 needs to be turned round in H2. Where are the big announcements that are going to achieve that? Admin expenses have more than doubled and the latest statement talks about favourable conditions and being extremely busy which is a shift away from talking about profitability

And looking like this will go on a spurt. We have had our mini sell-off and past history tells us that this bounces back fast to go to new highs subsequently.

Agreed highstakes and worse still it won't be long before the halo effect wears off. I follow director's buys myself as a good signal. However I would strongly advise investors to examine closely the shifting guidance of the company in the last year around breakeven and furthermore consider the cashburn here . Not to mention the recent departure on the eve of the results.

Well 5p has worked its magic again and the SP has recovered from falling through it. I have long been negative on Flx and am even more so now. Another placing would seem inevitable but how would that be sold when they have consistently said they were on their way to breakeven? 3p or 2p placing forcing holders to just suck it up? Admin costs are rising and they always seem to be introducing some industry bigshot which is effectively another snout in the trough. Buying here seems misplaced to me.

Has gone off here so it looks like I going to have difficulty making ends meat! I even saw my investment just about double but it has been all downhill from there. Is there anything that can hamper xmas trading? My pf has been butchered after nursing a loss here.
