It has been one almost unbroken death spiral apart from when it went mysteriously from .1p to .16p on suspiciously think trading. Beyond investible!

Excellent news today which has gone unnoticed by the market. With eurozone rates at 1.5% it will certainly make financing projects a lot easier and cheaper and can draw on these as required.

Even Mr Gunn with his brass neck is down 60% with the money he ermm invested in the placing. There are I suppose three main types of investors around this one. Those like Observer who hope something will turn up. Those whose holding has been diluted away to nothing so they are beyond caring. And finally those who are ex-holders or else forunately escaped who are sitting watching this car crash from the sidelines thinking "there, but for the grace of God go I." Mr Gunn does not have a modicum of shame unfortunately. Beyond investible. This was at .9p I think when I bemoaned the limited upside but possibility of this hitting zero. Now it has sank another 25% from there already. A poster asked me why i am so negative on this one at much higher up. Really?

Clawing back its losses now. Although today only might be a blip I expect we can make 900p just before results. However if they disappoint I guess we will be hammered. This current level is a massive buying opportunity.

Morning tricky. I didn't know you were here. I agree overall the SD is better for builders though the landbanking is an issue to some extent. Yeterday's fall was an unwarranted over-reaction and today is somewhat correcting that. As always the devil is in the detail and yesterday's sell of was due to the headline. I think today the landtax is something they are 'looking at'. Tricky I would be interesting in your views on trading this before ex-div? I have looked at the arguments below and there seems a case for doing so. I was expecting a bit more for Housebuilders tbh inthe bduget given the fanfare around it but I expect a rerate from here for BDEV and others as we get more visibility, good yields and excess demand for housing.

I can't see 4.25p lasting too long here. This one should be hitting 4p support in short order. I should think the board have a bit of a dilemna here. With the cashburn and current absence of high value contracts do they go for a placing before the SP dwindles away to nothing in this death spiral? Or do they sit on their hands so that speculators might in to underpin the SP in the hope of future progress? Both routes are very risky in the absence of big contract news.

I'd say that �9100 sale today is responsible for keeping a lid on the SP. Good buying at full ask but that sale means some shares are in the hands of the MM's.

Morning HS. As Dibs61 posted it was probably just a PR exercise for him to try and shore up the falling SP. He mistimed it for sure but I guess he wanted to act promptly which would give a stronger but still misplaced signal to the market. I am 100% he won;t be betting the ranch on this after its further declines and what appears to be a death spiral. There is a slight bounce back above 4p as bottom feeders move in and maybe some investors might average down in the hope there might be a recovery. I expect any reovery to be short-lived. . It really hinges on staying above 4p ay COP and that price may be a new support level to downside.

From the read across from EZ' numbers. I don't think that from my brief look that EZ's numbers were all that stellar and that Wizz is a far better ride. I was surprised by the muted reaction to the Luton news and yes I think it is a Wizz land grab on Monarch though Wizz have been quite supportive of Luton for some time. Lets ht that £35 quid target of mine.

Improve and it tracks the oil price up. I can see 600p here in short order. Momentum is good here.

Even today's RNs could not engineer a rise here. And who knows what tomorrow brings? There are budgets in the air. If Hammond does a helicoptor drop on the housing sector then defence will be in his crosshairs and that won't be good news for ULE. More falls to come before I parachute into this regime.

Hi Dale I agree with you but no harm to not rush in. UDG reached my traget price of 940p but I didnt sell and now it has retraced strongly. OTOH i had a TP of �23 pound on WIZZ but held on and it reached �33.50 so I am glad I held on. Really feel this one will hit �14 in the run up to xmas. The rise has been so strong and sustained that even the drops are temporary and replaced by even further rises to new highs. I am selling 50% at �14 no matter what. Time to lock in the increase although I may rue it later.

But equally possible that the dire performance, shifting promises, cash burn and ludricous clinging to earlier promises of break even by H2 after a �1 million pound loss in H1 without any large contracts being signed to date might also have been a factor in deciding to liquidate holdings right?
