Only indirectly as it frees up the company to make divi payments and draws in income hunters as buyers. So far no effect on the SP.

After a strong start to the year. Value to be had here as i expect the fallbto be temmporary in nature

Looks like my entry was well timed. Good start to the year and maybe I will be holding this on the TIN anniversary.

Strong start to 2026! Loving the rise. Hopefully it sticks. This was 700p at one point on a very high PE.

Though the majority of my investments in Resource and pharmas have been write off. Took a punt on Phoenix copper a few years ago on tbe basis that copper would be a good play but that was a disaster. However I like what i see here and hope that this one spars in 2026. Not touching mining shares again if it doesn't make me money. Ironically the wider market has provided me with very decent returns.

Down 69%; in the last year at a time the FTSE 100 rose 20%. A death trap for your finances with no clear exit plan except to waffle while the plates are kept spinning in order to draw hefty salaries. If you think it cant get worse, just stick around. The most incompetent BOD on Aim.

If you held pre divi and didnt sell. I assume these can be Driped so there should be a bump on the 9th Jan when folk like myself plough their divis back in. Not saying it wont retrace before then. Certainly seems buying momentum atm.

Push up the SP when the DIVI is paid and reinvested before dropping it quickly afterwards. That said the divi increases every year so I am happy to plough back in.

What did you think you were imvesting in here given Patson's history? I got a small holding from when it was spun off from Sound Oil. That has become worthless as has my £10 investment in a placing. But that was my only investment here so i am fortunate.

As u only got shsres from Sound Oil. Bought a tenner's in a placing. James Parsons should be debarred from any directorships. His history is quite something a destroyer of value. Never put a penny in anything he is involved in. Mr Golden ticket indeed!

Abacus today's drop exemplifies my point. The drop is much less than the divi. Thos may even recover further. I hope i can reinvest the divi directly. The share buyback seems to underpin the price too. Tjose who sold were probably trying to avoid capital gains.

Abacus , unless it is in an isa there will be tax on dividends. Of course you could trigger capital gains by selling. I was tempted to sell here cos it will fall tomorrow asbit goes ex-divi. The thing is though it might not fall the full amount at the end if the day as investors may buy back in. I am ataying for the long haul as these guys know their business! Been buying all the way up from 29p.

Jrez Rugs investing in Firering is literally putting your hand into the fire to see if the burning you got last time was really that bad! The cabal should blacklisted from any directorships but DKL failure is rewarded . Just as well because everything thry touch turns to dust. I had a 6p sell target but chickened out. Got stop lossed at 1.5p for a third of holdings fortunately. Was lucky i resolved never to buy more until it hit 17.5p . Feel so sorry fir all my felliw posters here as you really are the best bunch of people. Sadly we have all been fleeced by these imposters who have lined their own pockets. They couldnt even make yhe warrants they awarded themselves work. I wouldnt trust them to peela cashew nut!

Given the divi next month and the prospect of further payments in a leaner organisation. Might be sellers to avoid capital gains tax. I am a buyer.

Today which screams value to me. Will look to pick up more on weakness!
