I didn't see Tim Scott in the acceptances so there is a slim chance of a counterbid. Only skimmed it mind you! Happy enough with the terms as I spotted this at 24p and kept the faith from 18p. Been adding regularly to boot. Quite pleased the offer is tied up quickly rather than uncertainty about it falling through. Got a few lined up and have to see where to park my moolah.

I think the answer to that is quicker than it takes" DKL to issue shares in lieu for tiny amounts" which as you know Rugs is breakneck speed. It will be the next excuse from the DKL playbook, mark my words. Takes ages for the improved price to feed through and yet you can be sure that weakness in price will impact quickly.

Not much buying interest though the MMs are looking for 1.21p. These penny shares are attractive for Robin Hood and his merry gang so we are going to have dribbly buys .

I think the fact they dont reference high season means the production is actually underwhelming.

The SP goes to to 415/425 bid ask. Sustained buying at 420p should see the ask move up.

The constant selling which is driving this down. It is a sector ripe for consolidation and these guys are experts in this field. Look at yesterday's Virgin 02 and Daisy. I see this drop as a buying opportunity.

Well Tim Scott needs to come out an pony up some money. He doesnt have enough to block the bid currently and he already tried to buy on the cheap. He alluded to the uncertainties when he dropped his bid at a takeover but these have been dealt with by the company. A bidding war might see 100p.

As a side note, I alluded to recent strength and now it makes sense. It is not what you know but who you know.

Yes Rivaldo , revenue higher despite lower production figs but CPO price 24% higher. Imagine if the CPO price had fallen. The spread is killing this and it will need some spur of buying for the MM's to lift the bid price. I would like to predict a rise but buying will soon dwindle at this ask/bid.

Some Director buys might work as the SP thanks to their labours is well under any warrants they hold.

But surprised at the initially muted reaction to it. Picking up a bit now. US market is huge and ok the PE is high here but the revenue from the US should ease it a little. Sitting on a nice pile of cash too. Looking at an SP here of 500p here. This was 700p at one stage but more than halved. The fall was way overdone and we should have some clawback.

Starting to bump up and I think a Trading update is overdue. Maybe some shrewd buying going on. Been accumulating since 18p so have a decent average here. I think the TU will be good when it drops. I have a TP of 100p here. Plenty to aim for!

Very please with the rebound and up 25% since the below. Should be good news to come by the end of June from the US so more to come!

Afternoon JK. When is the deadline? 31st May? The company does play fast and loose with deadlines and investors so no surprise if there is slippage. Sadly the effect on investors is usually the last thing on the BOD's mind. When they are released I expect Rivaldo to pop up with a WH Ireland 9p target.

Unless there is a large unreported sell then the "drop" is clearly a technical one only. Actually it favours buyers as the ask is now 1.1p as opposed to 1.17p. I will double down and say the next SP movement will surely be upwards. In the absence of more calamitous management by the BOD of course.

As I thought it has recovered to just above the initial profit taking sell off point. Looks like more to come here as it has momentum again. I think 700p should arrive shortly.

And say we will be in for a nominal jump in the SP soon. Apart from the usual reasons not to buy in here there are ( actual! ) value shares sold down in the recent stock market slump which obviously make more appeal than DKL. The current spread of 17.5% is ridiculous but I don't think the MMs are short of shares as a dummy sell only gets the floor price.

Probably only a few small buys would get this to 1.1p/1.2p bid/ask. Not sure what to make of the 1.1p trade today 🤔 but whoever it was has a good broker!

In a rising market. Maybe the 14k sell did it though there have been other decent buys to compensate. Could be a bit of profit taking after a run up and if so I expect a quick rebound.

Bump! Looks undervalued despite the jump today. Materially ahead is quite an appealing prospect but even if I do t buy into the research and the TP of 52p, I can still see some fat for investors to chew on. Keep buying!

Morning J/K. If the Board could produce RCN as quickly and readily as they manufacture excuses and failed projections we would be shareholders in a FTSE 100 company. Every time we look to have turned the corner then they go and dig up the road through incompetence and mishap. When I see some improvement my mind turns to what possible disaster they can conjure up. And in this regard only, DKL have not disappointed me in the last 12 years.

Someone just exited at 1.05p for a small amount. To think this was 20p at one time and no BOD member has been called to account. When the reward for failure is the failure of those in charge to take appropriate action then can anyone be surprised when well yes "Failure" has become the by-word for the BOD's tenure.

Have tipped the balance strongly in favour of a buy here. I will be reinvesting my divis which landed today but not long to go before FDA decision. A rejection would knock this for 6 but i cant see a reason they would do so and surely approval would sent this spiralling upwards. Strong buy.

Surprised at it myself though it is on a high PE. It isn't affected by tariffs and we know it is performing relatively well, has cash in the bank and is growing the dividend. The persistent director sales and their lavish remuneration package have consistently weighed on the SP so Liz's tiny buy today will have no impact. I have held this down from 700p having bought in at 40p so have regrets at not taking profits. I will consider selling some at 250p as I cant abide further whittling down.
