just like their centres will be it seems. Not sure how the market is going to receive this statement when it opens tomorrow. Yes trading was good until almost 3 weeks ago but now it has fallen off a cliff. If it fall tomorrow subtantially I may buy back in with the money from my sale.

Still being shaken to its very foundations 2R with its major markets in turmoil and no amount of technical redrawing will change that. Valuations like this in normal times would be absurd. But absurd valuations in absurd times are probably normal. Sinking to 20p and maybe going below this level?

Hi Martin, The government will be quite selective about who they give loans to. I expect airlines to get assistance but private companies like pubs and bowls centres will have to whistle for it. I expect there will be a kybosh on capital retunrs and slashing or axing of the divi which will be painful for the SP even after these falls. However it it can stay liquid it will be an excellent business in more stable times and a great investment.

Agreed TrustedInv. It is definitely a buy imo at these levels. I always get suspicious of shares thankfully when you post some facts and then accused of having an agenda or selling at a loss and trying to get in cheap replies. Almost always it is a sign of a share that is being ramped and these shrills are doing their best to keep the ramp going. I have no doubt this will go higher and yet be very volatile as this is the nature of anything Cov19 related. Glad I didn't hit the buy button at 6.5p and 7p yesterday and have a watching brief on TEK.

Not a scare story Achilles, I am a holder and I presume you are too. Never invested in NCYT fyi though I did consider it. Just as I considered TEK at 6.5p today to top up my holding but decided against buying in on a spike. I just outlined some hypothetical solutions so I am afraid your attempts to conjour up a bogeyman or assign an agenda to me are wide of the mark. If you check my posting history I have been posting for years on TEK lamenting the lack of progress. If you are confident TEK will 10 to 20 bag then go buy some more instead of rather pathetic attempts to ascribe an agenda to me.

The NHS need ventilators now so I expect in the short-term they will get them from Vets, private hospitals and Europe. Let's hope TEK can get their's manufactured quickly as I see a rival IHC today announced a contract already with the NHS for ventilators. TEK needs to capitalise on its tech. Something it has failed abjectedly to do so far in its listed history.

No worries comek. Actually I misinterpretd your post as being a holder wondering whether he should sell some. Actually I would sell anything travel related but try to hold anything in the FTSE 100 TO 350 as they will recover the quickest apart from Cruise liner shares, travel and maybe insurance and any entertainment stocks like CINE. I would be wary of chasing this on a spike actually as I don;t think the ventilators are readily available and certainly need FDA approval in the states. I am a holder myself but bought much higher up. I wanted to add this morning but don't like buying on spikes when I missed the initial announcement. for flx. I assume shares are now below nominal value so no placing will be possible. Of course shares are suffering across the board but you would think a beaten down stock like FLX which missed out on the rise ina buoyant market would have a degree of resilience. COV 19 has done for their investor roadshows so when on earth are they going to announce something of note?

As I suspected despite the hope that SIG could not get any worse, then it actually has. Talk of 50p within 3 to 6 months now demands a 100%+ rise and those who bought in the 30s will only gain 66% at best. So hard to find a floor for SIG.

This is going to be pretty volatile Comek2. Anything COV19 related or a proposed magic bullet is sure to be in demand. See NOVACYT as an example. You will need to stay grounded though as this board will be infested with rampers if those maggots aren't already here. Watch out for figures like 20p, £1, £2 plucked from the air after a conversation in the poster's head with themselves. Added to ahem advice that the MM's want your shares and they themselves would not want to be out of the share at point x in time. This creates FOMO while they sell rapidly I think this will go still higher but not rocket. We already saw a rocket to 7p and now a fall back. Don;t be afraid to sell into any spike but retain some or most if you want to hedge or fell this has further to go.

so I decided to head for the exit lane today. I kept my fingers in for as long as I could but I have accepted that COV 19 is a greater strike against my defences and no amount of hunkering down will work. A great company but had to taker a hit myself. I have identified some very companies which have been oversold which will probably recover more quickly than BOWL. I got a reasonable price though at 140p and will look for a re-entry point at some stage.

This is a right spanner in the works. I hadn't seen that one coming I must admit but the travel industry is not one to be in for now. I will wait for the clouds to lift here before I take action but I am seeing many bargains in the market including WIZZ when the market takes off again but for now everything is up in the air.

You might have nailed it convb but I think confidence will take a lot longer than 3-6 months to recover. Timing a recovery is never easy but I am ready to enter the market again as there has been a complete over-reaction. However I think there are further falls to come shortly asthe cuts in interest rates by the UK and the Fed likely to take rates to 0% this week are efforts that will likely fail to stimulate the market for more than a day and in fact reduce confidence even further as they have no levers left. Friday's strong bounceback after Thursday's huge falls dissipated quickly so momeentum is in fact against the market. We could easily see SIG sink beneath 30p quite shortly. I may punt it when I see a floor here but there are many better FTSE 100 which have been hit hard but are in better areas of industry than SIG.
