Though when we were down a 0.51p that was my actual valuation a few years ago

For some reason I was more annoyed than usual at todays drop and going a further 5k down on paper than I was at 8 this morning. Realise be much more for many others here.
Your thoughts have certainly helped cheer me up a bit.

I am a February 2011 man myself too.
Think I read and saw an increase in the share price around then and having previously been treated for cancer felt it appropriate to invest.
It's been some journey and today/tomorrow makes a big change away from the 28p ambition.
Sad to be replacing my 1.5m for only 30,000 shares
For some reason I think it's going to be harder to go from £1.80 to £9 than it was to go from 1.8p to 9.75 as we did last spring/summer but hope I am wrong and the tox results are positive.

On the 9th February 2011 I made my first purchase of Sareum shares - a nice round 23,719 at 3.77p. Must have made sense at the time

Some 15 purchases (thankfully all for a lower amount) and 2 sales later (neither sadly for anywhere near 9.75) I'm still here with my 1.5m.

Very good paper gain but 100k down from the peak back last August. Not easy to take tbh as that's a lot of money.

My second purchase in March 2011 and by then the price had fallen to 2.85 so hopefully history does not repeat.

It's been indeed a rollercoaster and this bb has been generally excellent throughout. I'm worried and optimistic at the moment and hope the next RNS is positive.

We are 11 years older including TM and JR and I hope they have an eye on their retirement (I thought mines might be happening last September but hey ho) and must be even more unhappy than me at the paper loss they have suffered. That is unless they know something more positive. Mr Parker was previously against consolidation but seems to have changed his mind - again hopefully for very good reasons that we will find out in due course as although I don't understand the science it still seems positive.

Hopefully whatever number they decide to consolidate at I can do the maths quickly
It was easy with my 1.5m - feel a bit sorry I’m not going to hold that number going forward but is all in the head
Nothing in the AGM statement that concerned me - though I know a lot less than most on here

Be an amazing problem to have
30p and my mortgage paid and part time work
50p could be early retirement
Never had the savvy or bravery to trade on the spikes here hoping it goes from 20 - 50 p in one morning would make my decision making much easier
Would likely sell 2/3rds at 50p and see what happens with the rest - wouldn’t want to see it make a pound and me not hold any

Whilst Mr Parker’s purchase was welcome would it not have been better to do it a couple of days earlier

Looking at trades there is quite a few big buys and one for over £50k before 9am - seems a lot to me
Have I read that correctly
If so they must be confident

Was going to ask about the 3x 500,000 that were showing as unknown earlier but that 4.4m sell has blown that

Still very encouraged that HNWI have invested in SAR at prices way above what I did.

However I have two different thoughts on why they may be here.

1. They think or know this is going to multibag and will make them even richer than they are

2. They don't care about making money for themselves but they have invested to help a cause they believe in and this is money they could easily afford to lose should things not work out

It's always a mixed bag on here regarding SP predictions, takeover price and length of time all that will take.
Some lowering of expectations perhaps but yesterday there was also a suggestion of a £15bn offer.
I would take a £1.5bn offer tomorrow but if I knew we'd do another 7 or 8 bag from here by next summer I could wait until then
For now I wish I could go longer than an hour without checking back on here to see if anything has happened

All really positive and def having someone with such connections can only be good.
Same offer for Sareum wouldn’t be the worse starting point
Can’t see anything on that kymab history link that mentions our Dr Owen as cofounder but read elsewhere he worked there as CSO for a period

I could also copy and paste exactly (if I manage to be up at 7am that is) and the phone on my calculator is well used working out my current valuation.

I still find it quite unbelievable that people are buying shares at these prices and I was buying last year at 0.7. I never had the money at the times it was as low as 0.28.

Even my initial purchase back in 2011 at 3.7 doesn’t seem too bad now

To think 28p is just over 3 times the current share price. Definitely be life easing for me and if went to around 40p then life changing

Just catching up on all the excellent posts on another good day for SAR.
I occasionally mention to Mrs F my shares as having a bad or in recent months good days. She barely seems interested.
Hopefully in the not too distant future she will be when I tell her the mortgage is paid off and I’m going from full time to 3 days (30p share price/takeover offer ), 2 days (50p), 1 day (70p) or retiring (£1). She’ll need to keep doing her 3 days ;-)

Just wondered if anyone expected a higher sp close today after yesterday mornings RNS or is it now entry into Agile that will see a further rise?
That was a large buy that showed up from the morning.
Here for whatever the next few months bring with my 1.5m. Hope to follow T2s selling plan.
